Staff was cordial and supportive. Food was good. Hotel location is on city outskirts hence not much traffic. Multiple good restaurants near by and other amenities..

Room and hotel vicinity wasn't cleaned properly. Bedsheets were of pale colour. No electric kettle provided initially, had to request multiple times for it. Found little overpriced

Located at the centre of the city. Polite staffs. Rooms were clean.

A bad smell was there in the room as well as the bathroom. The room was not cleaned properly after the previous guest vacated the room

The wash room stinks there is exhaust fan which is not working ther is a problem in the drainage that is why it stinks so much ,management needs to tackle this issue this made my stay unpleasant.

Location is good, rooms are neat and clean. We travelled with family they provided rooms with interconnected doors which was an added advantage for us. The breakfast taste could be improved little more.

Location is fairly good but apart from that there's nothing good to talk about hotel.

In this hotel they don't clean up the room or change linen unless you tell them. After a day long sightseeing we returned to hotel at night only to see that the room wasn't cleaned. We asked for a room change which they provided but the air-conditioning wasn't working. Next day the restaurant was closed due to Ramzan. Never seen any restaurant which is closed due to a festival. Breakfast was very basic. Entire staff except one in the reception was available that day. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

poor management. rode behaviour of staff. poor service. intercom not working.food order took 1 hour to deliver. strictly non veg restaurant. so small kids will be hungry.

The location is great and hotel looks good from the exterior.

Cleanliness is just not upto the mark. Unclean and smelly toilets. Size of curtains doesn’t give one privacy. Curtains were unclean. Towels look old. The bed covers had stains. The staff are untrained. Particularly the one at the reception. No adequate parking.

Property is good and centrally located

Service was poor. We informed our arrival time but were to be made await for room cleaning etc. Proper towel and bed spreads were not provided but were to remindBreak fast is so so. Wash room pipe was leaking which was to be reminded of. We told reception about our opinion and the person also agreed that manpower was short.Parking provided in a basement which was spread with lot of rubbles here and there

The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff is very supportive.

Location is good and is commutable to all the tourist places of Mysore. Also, breakfast was good, but there is good scope for improvement. Parking at basement is little tedious.

Some EV charging points [On paid basis, like BOLT or ElectricPe] can be provided at basement. They have good amount of space.

Bad room service. Hotel needs more staff. Had to wait 2 hours for 2 cups of tea to arrive.

Room was clean and good with good facilities, continuous hot water. Good AC.

The tea was very bad. Not very good option for food if you are a vegetarian. Staff doesn't help you with the luggage. Be ready to carry it. There was an issue with the bathroom door knob which almost cut my finger.Also there was a party hall above and music played up to 12am.Towels were looking old and worn out.

Pathetic... It was very dirty hotel, lift was broken and we took the stair which went through some interiors, very dirty place. We went on Dussehra time, as no other hotels were available we had to take it. The rooms were stinking and I was waiting for the sun to rise so that we can get out of this place. All the bedspreads and other furnishing items were scattered on the room corridors. They charged us 5k per night which was total waste. This room is not even worth 500 rs. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
