Room not ready, no hand towel, not enough lighting , too loud next door room people with kids, till late night kids were running around and shouting

Room and location were ok. But bathroom and no inhouse restaurant did not meet expectations.

Bathroom, especially shower was horrible and damp smell inside the bathroom which never dimnished

Room was clean, amenities were good, location is also good. Overall pleasant experience.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Basement car park was available.

I did not receive the complimentary water for the 3rd day. The housekeeping did not clean the rooms on the daily basis unless you specifically ask them to. I am not sure if this is the industry norm.Restaurant was not available to all the guests that days that we stayed. They had blocked it for students staying there, so this means you need to go out for all breakfast, lunch and dinner.They did not provide information on how to connect to the wifi, i didnt bother to ask .

The rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic.. Good view from the room.. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.. both checkin and checkout process were smooth.. dedicated car parking area was available though limited..

The rooms are quite good and clean. The stay was very comfortable.

Restaurant is not functioning. Even for early morning coffee we have to go outside. The house keeping staff are not supportive enough to buy us coffee from outside. We asked the security staff to buy us coffee and he was courteous enough to do that. Since no flask was available he brought it in polythene cover. I feel that aspect has to be taken care on an urgent basis. Otherwise I feel the stay was very comfortable.

Rooms were pretty spacious and staff was very welcoming

The public use washrooms couldve been cleaner and the cleaning could've been more thorough

Bathroom had a stink. Mirror had blotches and one had find clear spot to view oneself.WiFi was spotty at best. Safe deposit box didn’t work. Door deadbolt didn’t work, so any one could open the door from outside.

If you are travling with family, you can opt for this.1. Cost wise this is affordable2. Location wise , it is near to bus stand and ypu can also commute using autos3. Staffs were too friendly and supportive.

There is no complimentary breakfast available even though the site offered breakfast inclusive. The re eption guy askes us to eat at udupi at our own cost. Their kitchen was also not open for orders before 2 pm

The place was neat

Fan was not working . As it was a AC room.

Room was clean, food was delicious, most of the tourist places were nearby.

For this price breakfast could be included

Hot water should be faster available.Not enough good coffee and veg food snacks in the Evening

I did not stay there because they demanded extra amount towards commission for you. It was very low grade behaviour on their part to ask for commision . I already complained to you but to my surprise you do not bother even to write or talk to me. I still remember my suffering of searching for another hotel at that hour when I was in hurry to attend some function.

Cleanliness is upto the mark, the staff behavior is quite well, rooms are at par based on size and facilities (though TV and Wifi did not work)

Day of check-in does not allow free cancellation and increase of rate by 1000Rs or around 35% can be rough for people who rely on cash/card and not UPI.Card services does not work, only cash or UPI so yeah people who use credit cards, beware!Facilities:- WLAN/Wifi does not work/was not working on the day- TV does not work at all.

Rooms were good, bed and linen were good.

Very slow hot water we had to wait for 30 mins and no hotwater post evening or night

Location is well connected to almost all Tourist spot.

1) Staffs need to be more attentive. 2) 4 Wheeler parking in the basement will be Horrible for an SUV if more vehicles are there.3) Bathroom is not ventilated and Towels needs to be changed. 4) Tea Glasses should be changed5) Change in Hotel prices while booking & check in6) Extra beds are not at all comfortable ( Feels like sleeping on the floor)
