Roopa Elite

Great bed and showerSuper friendly and helpful staff

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! the location is convenient and it was close to local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring easy. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, which was a perfect way to start the day.

I experienced some difficulties with the Wi-Fi signal, as it was slow or dropped occasionally.

Nice location in the heart of Mysore. Very close accessibility to railway museum and just 15 mins drive to Mysore palace.

No room service was done and had to remind 2 times. They messed up with my rooms. The rooms with balcony were facing an under construction building, so couldn't use the balcony.

Excellent location in Mysore for a quick getaway to sites like Palace, Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Gardens etc. In a locality where there are ample options to eat and shop, except that the restaurant in the hotel itself is not that great.

Restaurant option in Hotel.

Clean hotel in prime location. Good in-house restaurant. Tasty breakfast bufffet. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the vicinity. Polite and helpful staff.

Laundry service is slow, takes two or more days. Thin walls leak sounds from neighboring rooms especially TV sounds. Annoying door alarm triggered frequently by guests. Outdoor seating in restaurant pots not attractive because of pots with stagnant dirty water.

We arrived very early in the morning to Roopa Elite; long before check-in time and were extremely tired after a long night bus trip. Then the staff took care for us and gave everything to prepare a room as early as possible. When we sank in the comfortable bed , this really was like an Easter present to us. When we think about that day, we are still thankful for saving it! :)

Close to few of the tourist attractionsHas the required facilities for a short stayStaff is courteous and efficient

There were flies in the room otherwise no specific issues. We were 4 guests while toiletries were for 2 guests

Liked the location

Unclean and stained toilet let seat . Spotted leaks after every use …. Power loss 4-5 times a day . Lazy housekeeping….

The hotel is located in a calm and clean neighborhood. very professional and helpful staff.Breakfast is a buffet of Indian and bit of continental. They have a small pool on the top level and you will be given complimentary access to WIFI.

WIFI wasnt working, and the pool was under maintenance due to rains the previous night

Very comfortable stay for family. Morning breakfast is something not to be missed. The dishes are very tasty.

Staff behavior, room.

Food quality & corresponding price. Price is too high compared to food quality. Toilets were problematic.

Location is excellent, helpful staff. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms are good overall.

Breakfast needs more variety, same food every morning gets boring for a 2 week stay. Room service could be better, water and coffee for room was not topped up several times, had to request.

Stay and location perfect.

Restaurant not upto mark. Both ambience and food. Overpriced

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The swimming pool was a little small but still very nice at the end of a day. The restaurant served good food in a nice atmosphere on the fourth floor. The neighbourhood is also nice, not too busy with enough eateries, coffeeshops and less than 50 yards away a good supermarket.

Location and staff, and eventually the room i got moved to for the 2nd night (Emerald)

1st room (Ruby), which i booked, was a smoking room, got moved to another RUBY, which i had booked for balcony with city view and was supposedly "nicer/bigger" than Emerald. instead of a view, there is a building being constructed, 5 -10 metres away, only view is of concrete wall. Staff claim Ruby rooms do not have a city view despite the website saying they do. Got moved to an Emerald room, smaller but with city view, its still a nice room. Requested refund of difference between the room i paid for and the room i got - they were not able to do this as i had already paid?? They did offer free lunch and dinner in compensation. The website description urgently needs changing as is currently misleading/false advertising

Great location matched with exceptional staff. Responsive to a fault. All utilities were fresh and well maintained. Grateful for the service.

Nothing in particular

Everything was good, from the check in process, parking, restaurant service, room quality.

Nothing really.
