- very convenient location to visit near by sight seeing places. Walkable distance from the hotel to zoo, palance, famous original mylari hotel. Breakfast is too good. South indian food is awesome. Room service is good and staff is very cooperative Parking is available and the security helps you in managing and parking your vehilce without any hassles

- The staff at the front desk appear not to be aware of customer care etiquette and true whilst it is a budget hotel any budget hotel today is very well versed in customer courtesy and care. When my guests came to check in early morning after a long drive they were first greeted with the statement they don't have a room despite they sharing the booking reference. Then when the gentleman at the counter found the reference at 02:00 am he says it was for the previous day. He did not seem to know that a hotel room day is from 13 noon to 12 noon the following day.Also the hotel does not inform clearly that some of their rooms are without air conditioning. It comes as a surprise at time of check-in and whilst I don't mind paying for an a/c room it is a rude surprise.

When called the house keeping, room service and front desk several times there was no answer. Inspite of paying so much there was no iron box and the supply of beverages spotted by 10pm which is ridiculous.

no breakfast buffet available as mentioned on website while booking . its ala carte. Food quality and taste were excellent
Cafeteria on SUNDAYS and Hoildays were crowded and has to really fight to get a seat like musical chair , specially at peak time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. total chaos. Probably its due to mixing of room guests as well as outside locallite customers . can be managed better by separate area for room guests exclusively. Or it could be peak season . Otherwise food was excellent. House keeping personnel keep expecting some monetary reward for each and every thing you ask for , can it be a soap , towel, coffee, daily cleaning, water etc etc . I wonder can it be prevented by strict ethical regulations from hotel front desk/ managers. .
