location... interesting to discover the hotel has hundreds of fake 5-star reviews on google that they must have paid for (they are extremely easy to spot if you bother to look, but I didn't, which is why I believed its totally undeserved high rating)

room never cleaned in 4 days lukewarm water only occasionally shower pressure "barely a trickle" staff downright rude disgusting towels & bedding refused breakfast I paid with reservation noisy chaos in halls from unruly guests (0 staff help)

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant team provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short of expectations. Despite requesting cleaning and fresh towels, it took over 24 hours and several follow-ups to receive service. Even after cleaning, the room wasn't thoroughly maintained—we found dust in corners and under the bed, along with items left by previous guests. For a hotel at this price point (7k per night), the cleanliness standards were disappointing and suggest possible staffing or capacity issues.

Almost! It was a really good hotel with all amenities and facilities .Cleanliness and comfort was good at the hotel.

No view from the window.Free toiletries provided, but essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, and toilet paper were missing.No safety deposit box available.Lacked slippers, ironing facilities, and hairdryer.Room service tea/coffee took 20 minutes to arrive; had to call again and visit the restaurant, where staff prioritized other diners and asked me to wait.

I stayed at Hotel Lok Sagar, Mysuru from 17th to 20th October, and it was a really pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location is excellent — close to major attractions and convenient for local travel. The overall ambience was peaceful and made my stay relaxing. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Mysuru!

Hotel staff are nice, courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a decent spread and tatstes good too. Location is next to Jaganmohan palace and close to Amba vilas palace (though you should walk almost 1 KM to reach the entry gate of Amba Vilas palace). Many restaurents, mall and sight seeing places are close to hotel.

Room size was small compared to price payed (may be price was high due to dasara season), room had stuffy smell everytime we renetered the room, we had to keep room door open for few minutes for smell to subside. Limited hotel parking space but parking space available on street. Ac would make rattling noise =, hence could not use it. Hot water in morning (5 Am to 10 Am) was a big issue.

Overpriced for very average service. Asked for full payment of all three days, thus was not left with any option.

It is in Prime Location, Easy to access sight seeing places by walkable distance.

Friendly welcome, Lakshmi on receptionRestaurant manager and hotel manager both helpful and efficient. Good room ,quiet and cool.Lively area next to Jagan Mohan Palace.

Rooms were small and would have preferred a pedal dustbin.

Location is good, its very near to the famous places in Mysoor. They have a good multi cusine resturant inside the hotel and the food was good and tasty.

Toilets accessories like wash tap, showers are not fully functional, Bath towels having some old dirts and its very visible.

Very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful & cheerful eager to please . Cannot comment on evening meals as ate out on all nights. But would stay here again when visiting Mysore.

Breakfast was aimed at Indian tourists with only toast & jam for continentals The room would benefit by having a fridge
