Room size was small but value for money and facility inside room i.e. bed, cupboard, Fan etc was excellent.

Not provided towel from themselves, however I have not asked to provide.

Rooms were clean, Restroom door lock and hand wash was broken. Water was not given upon asking they said it’s chargeable.

There was continuous power fluctuations and couldn't sleep in night without power.even though we booked 2 ac rooms and in both rooms there was no power and not even fan was functioning during power cutWorst experience Waste of money Staff didn't respond properly for power cut.We suffered power cut till 2 am

The location was good but the whole night i couldn't sleep because of the insect and bugs my hand was bitten by bugs ?

Location is nearby to all the visiting place inside city,St.Philomenon Church is in front of the hotel so it will be a wonderful view for anyone.parking space is also good.

I liked the room maintenance... It was as shown in the picture. the location was not bad and it felt safe for stay . The basic facilities were provided in the hotel . The housekeeper made the needful requirements.

The washroom was not so acceptable. There was leakage of pipes and from the light wires.

Nothing much I like. To be honest we were very uncomfortable and unsatisfied bcz of dust and not well clean.

The bed sheet and mattress are not clean and very dusty feel.

Staff not respected to guest

Checkout 20 mins late they asking extra charges 250rs.

The staffs were friendly and the issues were attended immediately. The location was very accessible. Was located in the main area.

The bathroom had a lot of issues. The flush didn't work, the jet spray was broken and we had to call them to fix it. Lot of small insects in the washroom. The Wifi was barely working. Works for 5 mins and drops out for 15 or 20 mins. Mostly it was useless and had to use mobile data.

We stayed there without any disturbance

No toiletries were provided...but it's mentioned that it will be provided...and no room service has been approached ..and i would recommend them to have a drinking water for free ....

Room service is very bad. Multiple calls are required to clean the room. There were no bathing towels in your room. Very old property.

It's a lodge claiming to be hotel

The price was 23,500 for 3 days for a room which was extremely small, it's said to be hotel but is actually a lodge. Bedsheets are not changed, complimentary water and tea bags were not provided. The kettle was dirty and never used. The phone was broken so we could not contact reception. They asked us to call through our mobile but when we did they did not do the services like get us food, drinks, plates, we had to remind several times or walk down 2 floors to go to reception and tell. There were no other restaurants nearby. And hotel did not have breakfast included even with this high price. Old bouncy beds.

Very poor service, location was very busier, crowded nice. Beds and bedsheets were very dirty.

The hotel staff was rude and cunning ... nothing to like and only to dislike

When we reached the hotel staff didn't give me a room and they cancelled my booking two times. Instead they charged for me a room worth 2 times the original price for which I made the booking saying that we didn't get the booking. Since I arrived at night and was tired, I had to give in since I was traveling with family ... worst experience ever

I recommend everyone to stay in Aishwarya Le Royal Hotel with front desk always happy to receive you..What a lovely hotel with amazing and attentive staff. SUMAN one of the hotel staff was super friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcomed and at home.

Hotel is at very good location.

Room was small with just one chair, bathroom not so clean and without any hanger. There wasn't complimentary water bottle in room. Although we came after our announced check-in time, we had to wait for room to be cleaned.

Description on booking Com - but description and real are not matching at all

I booked room with 4 beds, balcony and view on landmark. There were only 2 beds.. And distance between beds around 40 mm only. . There were no balcony.. There were no view on landmark from window. Ac drain was a pipe from wall and all night I was listening drop drop drop drop... They give only 2 towels instead of 4, towel color was grey like it was not proper washed and smell like dust. Decorative pillows on the bed were also full of dust. I came there at 1 am for a night only - so there were no options for me to change the hotel - but the place is discussing... One of the worst experience. I selected place because as per booking Com description it was enoght place for 4 people and there were balcony with landmark view - so I didn't get.. Wonder why... Also hotel should be clean always - not like this place.
