Rooms are small but ok. Buffet breakfast ok. Lights look pretty at night.

This was written up as a five star hotel. It's not. Very tired looking pool area. Average dining facilities. Surrounding areas are not good.

The property was very clean and very well maintained

Room service was pretty bad. They were very unresponsive. Even after multiple calls, coffee was not delivered at all and towels were not delivered in the previous day even after calling for four times

Excellent room facilities - perfect size and comfortable bed. Good shower facilities and excellent breakfast and dinner buffet.

Some of the front desk staff seemed to lack experience and had difficulty responding to basic requests and enquiries.

Everything! Starting with the rooms, although deluxe is a bit small, it was sufficient for a king size bed along with a baby crib on the side and an extra bed on the side. It was a bit cumbersome if not for the crib and the extra bed. Coming to the staff, they are extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The food was excellent, especially the baby food which was free of cost. The chef took care of our customized baby food requirements. The location is very convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions. The property is very well maintained. Next time I'm in Mysore I'm definitely staying here again... Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Disturbance of lift music near the room all through the night. Price is very expensive for the comfort and cleanliness provided. Poor hospitality

There is nothing to complain about this property, it’s a beautiful and safe place to stay.

Location was very close to the railway station and many tourist attractions. The check-in process was quick and seamless. We arrived couple of hours early but were happily accomodated. The Guest Service was impeccable. They were available for any help almost instantaneously. The rooms were cozy and clean. The balconys can be better kept but given the weather, we hardly used the balcony so it wasn't a concern for us.It's a sustainable hotel which is the best part of the place. No single use plastics whatsoever and the rooms had Glass water bottles. . Bathroom / toilet was neat and clean with ample supply of soaps & shampoos (in dispensers). We declined all other toiletries. The TV channels were a pleasant surprise - a lot of channels to pass time if you need it. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate for vegetarians and the items were delicious as well. They have a great picks of local delicacies & wide choices of beverages.They have a fully electric auto-rickshaw to take you around if needed. Very nominal.

The mini-bar / dining area was too cramped. Things were so congested that we broke a bottle by mistake. Perhaps they can relook this set upThe Hot Chocolate that we ordered at the restaurant was too mediocre for 400 bucks. We don't mind paying for a good quality beverage.

The location is great. Quick check-in and rooms were well equipped. The balcony is spacious and welcome fruits and desserts provided in the room.

Could be more cleaner. Strange stench in the room.

It was all good, breakfast was very nice and various options. Room was big and everything here was great.

Only one thing. The trash bin in the washroom was having huge sound when closing.. Thats it

Courteous and prompt service by every staff member right from the valet, door-keeper, resturant servers, the room-service, the counter people.The breakfast filter coffee and omlette live stations were good and served well.

The breakfast food, not the servers, is where the rating goes down. .The quality of South India cuisine was, unexpectedly, the worst. The North based cuisines too were below mark.

The housekeeping ladies and reception were very nice and friendly and willing to help

The walls of the room have visible water leaks behind the wallpaper. The room smells moldy due to the water leak. I got some really bad bites and rash from sleeping in the bedsheets...i think it's from the dust mites or flea. I asked housekeeping to change my sheets, it was a bit better but I still get bites when I slept in them.

Breakfast staff were nice and helpful. We met Neeraj, Kim and a few more , they were especially nice.The staff at reception were kind and professional.

I wasn't happy with the cleanliness. Someone with sensitive nose and allergy I found a layer of dust in the washroom phone.The washroom was not clean as per the international ACCOR standards.On the second day the water bottles were not restocked or supplied. The view from the balcony was to a terrace with nothing special, and moreover had insects in the evening. I would say I have stayed at better rooms at much better price even in India.

Breakfast as ususal was good , the service quality was a bit let down,

The filter coffee served during breakfast was cold and need to be changed twice.Was there with my parents and at lunch we ordered a simple dish which came at the last they were a bit confused.

cleanliness was not there, there were lot of food and dirt stains on the carpet in the rooms.

Morning breadfast time, no waiter was responsive for u, cant even get the water also the water glasses, only 1 waiter was in the floor. I guess for a accor brand, thats not good to ingnore the guests, plus they didint even greet or care about us

Hotel location was really helpful

We were really disappointed by the breakfast experience.Once we got the breakfast room, there was dropped food on the floor, and some cutlery were also on laying there.For quite some amount of time,there were no glasses to get juices!!Some food recipients on the buffet stayed empty for a while.First of all, no one was there to welcome people entering the room, and on top of that, nobody was managing personnel.For sure, there were plenty of people running around the place, but not really knowing what the priorities were!!I went tru quite many comments posted online and almost stating the same issues, and those negative comments have been there for a while.I guess someone is not doing the job...

The hotel was a shocking Good Hotel better than expected. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The guy in the reception tanmay was so freindly. Its good to see so many happy faces. Really helps

The rooms needs some upgrades but for Mysore its above the expectations. No comments
