The breakfast was just avrege , thugh the restaurant service was very god and very friendly. The rooms have no phones to make order. They provide only 2 X1/2 litre water, which is just insufficent. They prvide a Kettle but no water , which is to be corrected . i wish they provide at least 3 litre of water , where 1 litre is for the Kettle

The Hotel Manager at reception desk. He was trying to give me single room instead of suit with 2 bedroom which booked. Very poor customer service desk at reception.

Booked a suite and so had 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us.
The room could have been cleaned better, moved the tea table for taking a picture and saw used coffee cups not removed.

We had to remind the hotel staff thrice for each and every service.Telephone in the room was not working . Inspite of informing the staff, no one attended to our concern.
