Hotel Pai Vista

The room was spacious. Extra bed provided was also good. We enjoyed the stay. Staff were very polite .

The complimentary breakfast menu was almost repetitive , it could have been better and complimentary water was not sufficient in the room and they charge the rest of snacks and water provided to the room.

The hotel was in an amazing location. The staff were all wonderful. We felt safe and well cared for during our entire stay. The Spa was very enjoyable. We did not use the pool. The weather was cooler 70F. The breakfast was wonderful- Be sure to order eggs your way. The dosa and breads they prepare are not to be missed. These are in addition to the regular breakfast buffet on the 4th floor. The after breakfast the 4th floor food is mostly spicy-hot foods and the mezzanine (Gufha Restaurant) is milder. We loved this restaurant so much we ate here at least once a day. Every dish we had was superb. Very pleased with our 7 days in Mysore.

Great value in very good location close to palaces and temples. Nice poolVery clean. Good breakfast and restaurant with good menu selections.The massage treatments were excellent. Ramesh is very well qualified knowledgable and skilled at his trade. I would recommend him to anyone. My wife’s massage was equally good.

The hotel room was large and comfortable. The staff was always pleasant and polite. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and has great food! We really enjoyed it. Breakfast options were great as well.The travel desk was especially helpful for us – we wanted to visit one of the nature reserve in the area, and the travel desk lady recommended us of a good one. She also arranged a driver for that trip and for the trip we did the day after, to Brindavana Gardens.We also tried the spa on our last day, and we highly recommend it.

One our first morning, we had some drilling noise just above our room.But the hotel team was really helpful and quick in resolving it. Thank you!

Loved the variety of dishes at breakfast…..delicious.Especially liked the 6.30am swim with only a few pigeons for company.Staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful.

Noise from room above….perhaps renovation taking place or a very noisy guest. Didn’t want the hassle of moving….just played some music the mask the banging.

The pool area had one broken sun shade making it impractical to spend any time around the Poole.

The hotel - for the price - far exceeded our expectations. There are 3 restaurants, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service discrete and unassuming. I just wish all the hotels on our visit to India had been to this standard (and some were much more expensive)...

BreakfastSwimming pool……a rooftop treat…..swimming alone with a few birds around….wonderful.The location is excellent being so central.

Guy with the chef’s hat on did not have a clue when I asked about having a dosa, he just vaguely waved his arms about in the direction of the opposite end of the serving dishes. I could not see any way of having one!A selection of herb/fruit tea bags would be appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with a desk, a comfortable chair and ample room. The shower was phenomenal. The pool was beautiful-the value unbeatable.

The cleanest hotel we have stayed in during many months in India. Rooms and public areas are spotless. The reception staff are very efficient, and all staff very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The property is great to stay. Nice room. AC was efficient. Bathroom was good and functional. The breakfast was good too.

Stayed just for 1 night. Nothing to complaint. Noticed during breakfast that an ancient toaster was being used.

It was a great location from the sights and the train station. The staff were nice.

The restaurants were quite creepy with the jungle theme with fake snakes on the ceiling.
