Even after booking also they have denied room.. Its so worst thatbno meaning for booking this hotel as they will sell rooms at higher ratesbto others even we have confirmed booking

Don't book this hotel they will deny room when you arrive hotel.. Irresponsible hotel staffs

Nothing, as we were not even allowed inside.

We booked online with Booking.com, and it was confirmed for the given dates. There was no communication from the host regarding any issues in the booking. However, when we reached there, they denied accommodating us saying that all rooms were completely booked. Furthermore, they refused to take any sort of responsibility, asking us to directly contact Booking.com to do whatever we want to do. We were a family including a senior citizen who is over 80 years old, and we had to keep moving around the whole night before being able to find a different accommodation (which was a good place, thanks to the help from the staff at Booking.com). For anyone who's booking this place, I'm saying this for your sake: please find a different place, the place is a complete scam.

the staff was in the hotel is good but the property not maintained and managed properly the heater is leaking pipe is not working properly no shelf and cupboard the tv is not working also bath towels also very old no waste bin also but the location and staff is good if they will care little small thing they can improve and get fivestar rating from every one and increase the rent small maintenance need

Wrong address and no car parking

Address was wrong and the property didn’t have any car parking on the property. Streets are very small to even park on roadside

The room were super clean & even washrooms were also clean. Staffs were well behaved and very helpful
