- 1.I booked for 3 Adults, for third person no cot They only gave extra bed, Third Adult laid in the floor (2 days)2. No water bottle given in the second day3. First day no towels for all4. Hot water coming in common pipe line, Waited minimum 10 minutes for get the hot water (no separate heater in the bathroom)
- The bed spread was damaged, the TV was not working, and it didn't provide towels or water bottles even after multiple follow-up. Very poor room service.

Location was good, nearby to railway station and bus stand. Ample parking available which is really a good point.
Behaviour of staffs, very careless attitude and were rude if asked to change the dirty bedsheets which were provided initially. No drinking water provided, when asked the staff suggested get the jug and fill it by yourself. No clealiness cockroaches all over in the cupboards and drawers.
The location of the hotel is superb, and if one is looking strictly for a stay, then this is the place. Decent but clean rooms. Hot water available for 24 hours is a blessing
No provision for tea, hemmed in by buildings on both sides, there is no view and no hooks / railings in bathroom to hand clothes.

Stayed for 2 long nights 1.receptionisit not aware of number of bookings made.2.Rooms were unclean and mold ever where.3.TV wont work, receptionist said he will change it but nothing done. 4.Wifi access point will show but receptionist refused to share password.5.
Disappointing
TV won't work...its just their for name sake...no wifi, no complementary water bottle, no towels or soaps in bathroom...you need to beg the staffs to provide water and towels...
The Lift was not working and there was a delay in the response from the reception staff
The walls and all the outer areas of the Cement are spoiled and they leave a bad odour.
