The bed was very discomfort, no room service for food

Location was close to KSRTC bus stand and the room was clean enough

No restaurant at the hotel.

Nothing is great. It's a very small and switches are not working. TV is not working. AC remote also not working

Cleanliness value fior money and located centrally and no outside noise since it was sound prof windows

Cable tv was not working properly due to less signal

There was nothing to like about it.

They shifted me into a different hotel saying that they were totally booked despite having a booking. The hotel that they shifted me into was really bad with seepage issues and the staff was not at all cooperative

The staff were polite and decent.

The bath room need to be bit more tidy and expect some tidy upholstery. No support for tooth paste

Towels and sheets were dirty and there was hair everywhere.We had no toilet paper. I asked for some and got the last roll.

Very good room: quite clean and very bright. New hotel.Lots of hot water.Pleasant staff. Very good price: 19 dollars in december 2022.Location not far from the bus station (15 minutes walk).

Still need to improve the cleanliness (put sheets without stains, remove dust well ...).

The location is near to the downtown

Pathetic house keeping. The property is somewhat new but the house keeping spoils everything. The linen found re-used, toiletries missing, The room boy keeps on asking TIPS. Totally lawlessness condition. The room found without power supply. Had to wait till electrician repairs it. This all happened when we enter room when front desk informed room is ready.

Entrance is good.

Room service is very slow. If you ask water in night they will give you in the morning, after remain them.

The manager at the desk was excellent, patient and polite. Room was excellent, absolutely no complaints ?

While checkout staff created an issue over there, badly treated.

It is located close to the main places. So ok.
