Shine Residency

Good place Bt we want hygiene washrooms

In booking app it’s show something 750 rs Bt reality is hotel staff demand for 1000 rs Money minded ppl !

accessibility was good.staff were nice

Facilities are not upto the mark for the price we paid. It's a godown facility transformed to hotel and that limitations were evident. Not renovated in full details

Nice and new modern room. Helpful staff who can assist with any travel request.

Very small windows, almost non-existent.

The staff was very helpful with everything, from visiting tourist places to food and travel .They helped me plan my route while returning as well.

The hot water could be more warm than what I got.

Peaceful environment. Clean rooms. Very helpful staffs.

The place was calm and peaceful. The staffs were friendly. The location was ok . Parking spaces are available. Worth the money.

The bedroom could be Better if the bedsheets were clean and also it's kinda short so the sleep was disturbed. The bathroom is ok-ish.

Staff was friendly and always present for assistance. The breakfast was filling and tasted great. The place is not very far from the center, but still you might need to travel a little to reach the prime spots.

There was no resturant or dining area. You order over the phone, and your order will be delivered to your room.

Bedsheets were stained. Even after requesting to change the stained Bedsheets, we didnot get a clean one. Maintainance very poor.

1. The staff was flexible and gave an option to check the room before confirming on the check in.2. Friendly staff and good ambience3. Location was very much ideal for visiting all major spots in Mysore.4. The staff was very cooperative and proactive in responding to issues for replacing the coffee mugs and kettle.

1. Stains in the coffee cup and kettle kept at room2. We ordered breakfast in the morning and it came after more than 1 hour and as a result we had to drop a few places in Mysore to visit. The staff should be more diligent with this part.3. The room was a bit dark and suffocating. Should have a window at least to keep it lit and well ventilated.4. The bathroom toilet was not clean and had stains.

This is not at all a descent stay option and not worthy for the price they are charging. The pictures which they have uploaded in Booking.com are may be from the opening time. The rooms are not properly maintained or cleaned, bed sheets are stinky with stain and the worst part is the washroom which was not even cleaned properly and could see stains all over the floor, wash base and WC. Not at all recommended!!!

Very bad stay experience and overcharged

Very supported staff, especially receptionist. tasty food, neat and clean room.

Nothing I likedEverything seemed so stinky

Not clean,No handwash ,towels are dirty, taps won't work properly, room stinks a lottRooms are ground floor, so all dust will come in room

Room was good, staff were very friendly, lawn was excellent....totally worth it.

No window was there in room rest all are superb

Bad

In night journey with my family I booked shine residency in booking.com .on arrival time night 1.00 am..before 30 mins they called me and told room was not available ...on that time we searched another room..worst experience

Rooms are clean. Maintained well

Property location is in Industrial area. Due to some construction going on in the property, it was not clean outside.

Neat clean and comfortable with courteous staff and value for money pocket friendly too

The property was spacious. There was peace and silence. Staff was polite and courteous.

The location was a bit tricky. It is located inside an industrial area which seemed shady. My wife and I felt a little uncomfortable stepping out of the hotel at night.

A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again.

"The clean and spacious room. Helpful staff andvalue for money.

I don't like food Price high but food Quantity. Low I am ordered full Chikan biryani but it quantity is off briyani so improve food quantity.

Parking is good.

Other amenities average. No restaurant.
