Staffs are not good behaviour.no fan .no table. No cheyara. No bath tavel.

The location of this place is the only plus point.

First of all, after checkout I see an awesome review written by me over my mail, which was apparently not written by me. I don't know how the hotel can write their own review, but I made sure to edit it to my original point of view. Please be careful when you read the good reviews about this hotel, it might be written by them itself like in my case.Basic necessities like water was not provided, although they had the filter but the water cans were empty and when I asked, they simply said it's not there and provided us no means to even get water, we had to get water from the adjacent restaurant. We requested for a triple room but was given a double room and mattress and towels took forever to reach our room. They were provided to us when they were no longer needed. Lightings in the room was not proper and very dim and no proper power backup as wellWifi had very poor connectivity, close to nothing, we had to use our own data.Dustbin was also not present in the room and the cupboards didn't even have the rod for hanging clothes. Also the cupboards were not clean.The landline in the room won't work, we had to call them from the corridor for basic requests or go all the way down to address the staff directly, still the resources were not provided on timeFor the price, the stay is total turn down and won't recommend it at all.

I had a fantastic stay! The entire property was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. All the amenities were in great condition and made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future.

The rooms given were good

They changed their name but didn’t inform that the hotel name is hotel pride now. The staff was a bit rude who handled the call. I booked two deluxe rooms with capacity of 3 persons each but were provided only rooms with 2 occupancy.

I had a very pleasant stay. The entire place was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. All the amenities were in excellent condition and easy to access. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a well-managed and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others.

The Hotel was very beautiful and clean. All the staff are well trained.thanks Raghavendra for serving We ate amazing food. All the food are very tasty. All kinds of coffees are available here. And i must say Dinner and Luch are very tasty and must try. It good for sudden party and to stay .

A holiday that was soo blissfully beautiful. The property is so well done and maintained. Loved every part of my stay . So much activities for the kids. Also the plant shop is to die for. Food, service, location everything is spot on.Just pack up and relax❤️❤️❤️

Hotel rooms are awesome. Staff members are humble. Quick service, good food, ambience superb. Good location. Special thanx to Mr. Raghavendra (manager of F& B dept) for arranging dinner for our tour members in spite we reached beyond time due to stuck in traffic near Vrindavan garden. I will highly recommend for this property in Mysore.

Recently visited this hotel for a one day stay it was really good staffs were friendly and very helpful.Room service was good.Breakfast menu was widespread.Suhaib and Sunitha were very polite and kind.Overall, it was a nice stay..

The Grand Mercure hotel, is one of the best hotels in Mysuru, according to me… probably even in the India, since I met so many foreigners.. great place to host Dinners, conferences and even get-togethers…
