Central location with ok breakfast

Very busy road intersection in front of hotel. Bad isolation from windows, so rooms are noisy.

Perfect stay!The room was perfectly clean and comfortable with attention to all details.The staff was friendly and helpful especially Manjunath who was there for me during my stay for any request or question. Definitely recommended!

location is excellent,very close to mysore palace.All sightseeing is just around 3km of this hotel.Rooms were nice and cosy,towels were clean and white.Food was veg and very good,service was good and quick.breakfast spread was good,especially the idly.

Location is very good, and breakfast is excellent. The restaurant on the top floor is the highlight of the property.

Beware of scammers-- prior to our stay, I repeatedly received urgent messages through Booking.com claiming to be from this property and demanding that I complete a credit card transaction or risk losing my reservation. Do not respond to messages like this--they're not actually from the property, and your reservation is not at risk. I ignored them, despite their desperate tone, and we had no problems whatsoever with our reservation, paying on arrival at the property.

The reception Night staff and daytime reception girl were very nice. However, Hotel is a fully vegetarian restaurant and not good for a non-vegetarian. Need more varieties for the breakfast and all-day dining, including non-veg. Limited drinks.

The arrangements of the interior and odor smell of the toilets and room inside. Need fresh linens. Overwashed stock exists. Need to check how many people are staying in the room and need to keep the standard setup ready prior to arrival.Electricity turned off 7-10 times during 1 night stay. Multi-socket charger sockets must be available. Curtains must be fully covered and light pass everytime when cars drive from the road for nearby rooms to the road. Photoframes kept on Qibla direction which is not very nice.

Awesome hotel, newly built. Comfortable room, everything in the room worked. Breakfast was decent.

Nothing as such

Staff from the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone were very friendly and helpful. They have a very good restaurant on the top floor with very nice options to choose from their menu, even the taste and quality of the food was amazing. Love their breakfast buffet spread, worth the price.

My feedback is already given to the receptionist. Hope they fix it.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Toiletries provided and the room cleaned each day. Able to have laundry done. Excellent restaurant on the roof.

I got a warm welcome.. Staff was respectful.. Receptionists also provide the need of customer through phone calls..Everything was Pure...and food was served with love in the Restaurant by waiters ... I was in india for spiritual purpose.. I chose the right place unknowingly. Security person was nice also.. Happy to choose your hotel.

Excellent south indian bkfst dishes. Very very tasty. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Inchara (i think thats the right spelling) was excellent in particular. The room cleaning staff were also very efficient.

Dinner dishes were average.Too much noise in the first allotted room due to furniture movement upstairs. However, the front desk staff promptly moved us and gave a very nice room instead.

Excellent location. Very good service and clean and comfortable room. I checked out at 8 pm so did not spend the night nor use any of the facilities (rooftop restaurant, spa etc.) WiFi worked very well and bathroom was very clean (with hot water).

THe physical property was amazing. New, clean, modern.

The front desk staff was awful. Surly, checking in and out was torturous.
