There are no geysers in the bathroom, they are dependent on solar for hot water.It is difficult to manage with that kind of solar water heater during winters, especially if you are travelling with children

1. Convenient location on the ring road, making it easily accessible without dealing with city traffic.2. Quiet surroundings, offering a peaceful stay.

1.Parking Facilities: While the hotel has covered parking, guests are asked to park on the roadside instead. I had to take the initiative to park in the covered area myself, which should ideally be offered as a standard service.2.Breakfast Arrangements: Although we booked with breakfast included, there is no running kitchen at the hotel. Instead, they bring tiffin from a nearby restaurant. I could have gone to the restaurant myself and avoided consuming food packaged in single-use plastic, which raises health and environmental concerns.3.Basic Amenities: No toiletries were provided in the room, and I had to request them in the morning. This is a basic expectation that should be addressed proactively.4.Customer Service: When I asked for an extra towel, the attendant reacted as though I had requested something highly unusual or valuable. This left a poor impression of the staff’s attitude toward guest requests.5.Check-Out Process: We were delayed during check-out because the staff couldn’t locate the air conditioner remote in the room. It was later found by a service attendant, but being held up over something like this was unprofessional. Moreover, the fact that there’s seemingly only one AC remote for the entire hotel is baffling and reflects poor management.

Bathroom was stinking and leaking. No tissue papers in the toilet. Can be better maintained.

Only two covered parking areas are available..and rest to be parked by the road side.There is no front desk executive or managerOnly one room boy is available .No hot water in the wash roomBreakfast starts at 0830No staff is available during night to address any emergency.

Space

Breakfast was good.

We came from bangalore with a driver and car. There was no space for driver to sleep. The hotel can have a dormitory for drivers and a toilet too

I have arrived after a terrible night of no sleep, and the guy in the reception was so kind, i arrived many hours before check in, he saw how exhausted i was and allowed me having a nap in a room until mine would be ready, the staff were so kimd and helpful, i had bags of laundry that had to be done but even though this isnt a regular service that is provided by the hotel they really helped me sorting this out, i cant thank you enough. And the food was so delicious, The staff really did everything so kindly and wonderful, the best place i have stayed in a long time definitely worth the value and definitely would come back!!The rooms were so clean and beautiful, Everything was so great highly recommend

Staff was good.Room was clean. We checkout early so didn't take breakfast.

Cleanliness

Only the rooms were good in size and clean, but there were no amenities compared to the amount which they charged like a five star hotel. Also during the breakfast they gave only 1 idly 1 vada and denied if asked for second. This is seriously irritating. Fruit was only watermelon that too was finished early and was never refilled. people who came later did not get any. At least, the person should be allowed to eat till tummy full or else they should remove the option of breakfast.

Neat and clean property, courteous and efficient staff. Spacious rooms and nice balcony to enjoy nature. Clean linen and premises. Good spread for breakfast even though they did not have their own kitchen.

A bit far off from the city, making commute expensive. Water is hard, they should install a softener.Breakfast gets cold very fast. No option for food other than breakfast.

1. The breakfast options were limited and cold by 9:30 am while breakfast can be had till 11 am.2. Intercom / easy access to call for a service would be required.
