It was reasonably convenient location. The room was spacious

The rooms were old and of average quality. The bed sheets were old and not very nice. I paid really high price for such a room. It was not value for money. Probably because I stayed closer to the Dassara days.

Room was good but room smell is like some bedbug medicine smell kettle was not clean otherwise all was very good in breakfast they have limited options staffs are polite

Good service, staffs are helpfull, Checkin process are very smooth.

In the common area of the room AC or fan was not there so it was not comfortable to seat and watch tv

Terrible Experience – Not RecommendedI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The front desk staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. Upon check-in, I was asked to make the payment by scanning a QR code from the personal phone of the staff instead of the official hotel scanner. When I questioned this, he insisted I proceed with the payment through his personal scanner, which felt very suspicious and unprofessional.To make things worse, the power, including the air conditioner and fan, was turned off in the middle of the night. Despite making multiple calls to the reception, no one responded. Finally, around 5 AM, the power was restored, but by then, it was an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless night.At check-out, I asked for a bill, but the same staff again refused, saying that since I booked through Booking.com, I should get the bill from them. Only after another staff member intervened did I finally receive the bill. I suspect they were trying to avoid taxes or booking commissions.Overall, this was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was really good. Location also good but parking requires improvement.

Ideal location, superb rooms with comfy beds, staffs were so cooperative and the complimentary breakfast was also delicious with multiple options.

Really close to the bus stand, great location and a very nice spacious room with a nice shower. The staff was really helpful on all accounts!

In the sink they have these chemicals against cockroaches, which is nice but leaves a certain smell in the room.

Its close to all sightseeing. Good place for family. Breakfast included.

Strong smell from kitchen in the room.Floors in the whole hotel were not really clean.No help in emergency. Had to go to hospital. Had to get help from outside .

The location was close to zoo and other sites, the staff was helpful and chilled, and the breakfast was awesome.

The room had cockroaches under the bed (room 303) and i was scared it wil enter my luggage. Also the pillow had marks of bedbug infestation when i checked.

Very rude staff. Booked for 9 people and at night they said booking is not valid.

The rooms, bedspread, washroom, hallway, all of them were clean and neatly maintained. The TV was working fine with all OTT subscription. And AC worked good.We also had booked breakfast and they had masale dose, idly, dose, vade, upma, kesaribath and egg.All of them were delicious. Highly recommend this stay.
