Excellent stay and property. It has everything you can think of from cycling to swimming pool to kids play area. It beautifully spans across a few acres and has excellent views. The staff was friendly and the food at cage Ambrosia was excellent, much better than restaurants outside. Overall a beautiful property.

In room dining was a little slow and the person at the counter was a little rude when we asked for food to be heated! Could have spoken a little properly and nicely! The manager at the property although being there at the reception completely ignored the customers!

The reception staff could benefit from more training and support to create a smoother and more welcoming experience. Interactions felt overly focused on monetary aspects rather than guest comfort.Unfortunately, The room i was checked in was disappointing. The bathroom ceiling seemed broken, the shower area was in poor shape, and the bathroom door was damaged . Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained.

Good location and facilities, however poor and inefficient reservation process

Inefficient reservation process from resort. Day before my checkin they marked my credit card as invalid.And then I was sent an email through booking.com post 2pm to make fifty percent advance payment the same day or they will release my booking. There were no phone calls or alerts, just a random mail sent through booking.com. Fortunately, I saw the email and contacted the property for more details, not sure what was their plan if I was busy at work and didn’t manage to check my personal emails well past 6 pm. I haven’t encountered such inefficient reservation process anywhere else. Also, don’t understand the logic behind marking a customer’s credit card as invalid because of the property’s inability to perform offline cc swipes, and I used the same credit card to make rest 50% payment at the resort.

Food is just about average, too costly for the quality. buffet spread is average

Breakfast was decent.

Property was like a fish market. They had just finished a wedding and there were 20 guests sleeping outside the reception. Food at the Italian restaurant was terrible everything was cold and seemed processed. The rooms were outdated and restrooms were badly maintained. Would definitely not visit again !!

Front office lady staff in reception - not letting smooth checkout. I went to pay in advance, they wanted me to provide keys. Made me wait. Made me to walk back to the room again. Checkout was chaotic . Other staff politely helped me solve it. I was surprised that front office staff was not willing to take my payment. Craziness at its peak. Other points -Explain facilities and improve it so we can use it properly e.g. cycling, indoor games-Improve business centre facilities and upgrade it -1 for her at front office reception

Front desk staff are very rude… there were booking issues between booking.com and the hotel and they tried to charge us extra… cheap people and ask us to sort it out with booking.com when the problem was with the hotel… as usual cheap people trying to take short cuts, cheat and be lazy… very poor professional behaviour

It is a beautiful resort to relax and unwindVery peaceful and isolated. Rooms are large and quiet. Service is apt and delightful.

Reception management needs a lot of improvement.Except for a few staff who show some warnth and hospitality, rest seem hostile and almost intolerable to guest s. Maybe they have been trained well enough to handle obstinate guests...not sure.. No water or welcome drink provided to us.. The entire reception decor also seems to undermine the resort s sparkle.

Everything except food.

Unfortunately there was a very big group from Mouthoot Finance, apart from being loud food at the restaurant was also very average.

Location is excellent and you can reach the city of Mysore in no time. And the available facilities are good, rooms were clean and service was great too.

Had a very bad checkin experience, I had a late checkin (7.30PM), when I reached the location and couldn’t figure out how to enter the property and I tried calling their 24/7 checkin desk who didn’t receive the call and the call was returned next day morning. I had to call up some other facility’s number to get directions. And the worst part is there is no apology or even an acknowledgment that this happened from their side.

i had bad experience with the things we forgot hand bag at restaurant at 7 am with in 10 minuts we called to reception and informed on the same the y said collected but we lost 500 rs from the bag whlile check out partially checked thought every thing is there but we lost and left my kids slippers at electric vehicle not was informed offcourse it is my responsibility they way your staff speaks nicely we confused because of that other wise we ve responsibility.we enjoyed with property over all thank you

Location is good

It is expensive.i had to stay in 2 rooms at the price of three just because I booked for two rooms for 6 adults and a child. They charged me as much as one room for additional occupancy. The food ordered was over priced and was not worth the money. Will not recommend this property to anyone. Even the bikes were not free.we had to rent it. The rooms were average and for the price paid I could have stayed at a much better place

Beds are very hard to sleep on. Lenin also is very old and changed colour to light brown.

Not at all 5 star as they claim. Cutlery were not clean. The room AC wasn’t working.

We had clearly asked for the private and silent cottage. They gave us the one right next to kids play area. Rest u can imagine. When we asked the reception, they outrightly said that none of the other cottages were available When I asked the house cleaning staff (who cleans the cottages every day), they said that most of the cottages were empty… Definitely NOT happy with reception staff.

Overall stay was excellent.

Restaurant and room and room service was excellent. Staffs are very well behaved and cooperative.
