Good rooms, great view and very comfortable bed!

the staffs I'll mannered behaviour.horrible staff! we asked for a menu before reaching the hotel but didn't recieve one. they had kept 6 bottles instead of 2 bottles in the room before check in and while check out they asked us to pay for the extra bottles. that's the biggest scam I've seen. Being a person in hospitality it's sad to see hotels that are by Clarks inn owned by uncultured VILLAGERS that don't know what hospitality means. the worst experience ever.

I was the only gust in the entire hotel. They switch off all lights in the corridor and reception area. Card swiping machine not working properly. At the time of check out, there was no one in the reception. I had to go to a room quiet far from the reception and wake up the staff. Hotel gate was locked and the security was sleeping in his cabin. It took a long time to wake him up. However the rooms was neat and clean. Bathroom was good.

When we reached property was closed and except guard no one was there. That was very scary

This property staffs and services not as per the CLARKS standard. Property is very good with good infra and Room size. But maintaining with local people.Breakfast is not a buffet, need to order with limited options. Time taken to deliver the food also very high.

1. Rooms were good and clean, view from the room was good, a lot of greenery, farm fields. 2. There were a few restaurants near by. 3. It would be a great place for someone who just need a good room to sleep without any services at a good price. Not recommended for family with kids or someone who needs any room service/restaurant.

1. There was no restaurant as such. Even though there seems to be a restaurant they don't serve anything other than breakfast. Even for breakfast they ordered it from somewhere else and served it. No proper room service. For everything they had to order through Zomato/Swiggy. 1. No proper tea bags in room. 3. TV was not working. Had to call someone and he replaced the setup box and then it worked. 4. Hot water takes time; probably because there were only 3 - 4 families in the hotel so we had to keep the tap on for almost 5 minutes. 5. Far from city center - 10 - 12 km. 6. Almost no one was there for any help except the receptionist.7. No proper toiletries. Shower gel was empty and had to get it refilled.

Unclean bedsheet, towel and the cleanliness of the property is very bad for a new property. Worst breakfast.

No kitchen, even they do not have options to serve TEA.

The property and the management were bad, unprofessional.Kids 11-12 years old boys are running the show.Water bottle provided in the room is some local brand(South Star water). Everything was bad there, from checkin to checkout.

Poor staff, very arrogant. Only 3 people are running the property. They are on the reception, in the kitchen, serving food and most of the time out of hotel. They even shout on the customers, very arrogant. No dinner, only idli and Dosa in breakfast for the sake of buffet. Never ever stay at this property.

Worst service. No hot water. No breakfast. No one at the reception table to even contact in case we needed anything. Very rude, arrogant and cold staff. We were first given a room where the bottom glass of the window was broken, which was a safe hazard considering we traveled with kids. Then they pretended they weren’t aware of the broken window, which was impossible. Our room was shifted where the door couldn’t be closed without spraining a muscle. Nothing was done when we complained about it. No water was available in the room. Overall, please stay away from this hotel.

NO restaurant facilities , no housekeeping services , inadequately manned hotel , no power back up , this property is run by mere two or three personnel which is is inadequate , however the personnel that are manning the property are good but they need to realise you can’t run a hotel this way

Clean hotel with no or low facilities

Kitchen not operational. Breakfast arrange from outside and not on time

very much disappointed due to not able to sleep in the night as AC was not working

The Air-conditioner in one of our room was not working from the time we check. This was informed to the staff but they said it will be ready soon. At late night we found it is still not working. We have to call more than 10 times to get the responsible person over phone. They gave 3 other rooms and the issue was same. When asked the manager asked to inform the Booking.com for the refund. There was no proper responsible staff in the hotel in the night and the staff who was there was only speaking Tamil which was unknown to us. I request to make arrangements to refund the rent as it was a night mare staying without air-condition during this summer season.

Nice and well maintained property . Very comfy and welcoming staff.

No availabity of Food in the restaurant,

There was no drinking water in the room , and who charges for asking water bottles ?? , not the staff responded to giving us bottles , no basic facilities There were bed bugs , mosquitoes, just the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel stay ever Such rude and judgy behaviour of the staff

Location was perfect and easily accessible from the Highway.

There was issue with hot water availability

It’s a budget hotel, nothing more. The property is a newly built one, hence reasonably clean.

1. Frequently during the day, electricity cuts are there2. Breakfast food is horrible. Sambhar looks like Rasam. Poori & vada are not cooked properly. 3. Nowhere AC works, neither in rooms nor in common areas. 4. And you are paying 6.8k per night with taxes. 5. It’s quite far, 30-40 min drive from Mysore city.

New property, very quite place, away from city,

It looks to be a new property and most basic amenities are taken care for 1 night stay. I had booked 3 rooms and it was comfortable.

There are small teething issues like no towels or toiletries but are provided on request

We didn’t eat breakfast. Lunch, dinner we ordered was not great

Food was average, bathroom water was not hot just luke warm
