The room was clean, comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful

The building seems old and iits approach s attached to the hub of the busy market place

Staff were cordial, Bathroom was clean and the room was spacious since 3 of us stayed.

Hotel is located in market area so there were bit of noisy in the night.

Staff was very helpful in guiding us even for our mini visit. We had the marathon next day and the staff ensure that they open up the main door at 5am in the dark. We forgot our electric kettle and they helped us with boiled water for coffee at 4am. Thankful to them we could complete the marathon successfully. Station is simply 2 km from the hotel and major cafes are approx. 5-6km. You get ola/uber regularly. Even local autos don't charge much.

Location was in town centre. Can do some shopping and look around the local streets.

Staff was not very responsive. Was looking into ordered food placed on swiggy. Didn't replaces the refreshers for next day . Charged for water bottles which they should give as complimentary. Didn't have soaps, brush and paste . Didn't replace towels .

Great location, easy access to market and surroundings. Tidy room. Nice hot water and bathroom facilities. Nice staff, very helpful and accommodating. Good parking facilities

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Easy walking to markets, palace, restaurants. Room was nice but a little less than the photos showed. Overall recommended.

The Location was good.

However when making payment on Booking.com they did not accept the debit card issued in India. At the property they demanded 2.5% for the debit card charges. They also asked for additional money for taxes which was not there when I booked the room and made payment through booking.com. I have travelled to several countries and this was the first time i had to pay more than what was mentioned on the booking.com as my price. I was very disappointed. The room practically did not have anything other than a bed . I was quite disappointed with my stay.

Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city center on the 2nd floor of a small shoppingmall. There is a lift. I stayed at a midrange AC room on the 3 floor with window to the street side. By booking with booking.com you will probably not get one of their best rooms. But if you don’t like the allotted room they are willing to change. In the very early morning there is a flower market in front of this side of the hotel but I was not disturbed by it. If you ask they do every day cleaning and cleaning is really good. They provide fresh towels and bedsheets every day. Outside the room the corridors and stairs are also kept very clean.There is 24 hours hot water and a watercooker in the room. I don’t know if there is roomservice. But I think yes. There is no restaurant. They do laundry. There is also free drinking water available you can tab by yourself. Staff is extremely helpful and can give you very useful information about trips and public busses. Both of Mysuru’s busstands are very close by on easy walkable distance. Also the train station is only a 15 to 20 minutes walk.Most main tourist attractions like the Mysore Palace are on easy walkable distance. I did not see any other hotels in the very heart of the city center but if there are, this hotel is certainly one of the better places. All in all a good and friendly place to stay.

Well located, the bed was comfortable and there was running hot water.

Room was not very clean, the price was not so cheap with respect to Indian prices.

Perfect situated in the heart of the town. Near to markets and the fantastic palace in walking distance.Modern and luxury lobby with good wifi- access.

Our room had a muggy smell. We could not open the window because of hundreds of piggens outside.Also smell of urine in the bathroom. Poor Wifi in the room.

Very centrally located, almost too central. Price is decent but probably rated in consideration of the negatives. Smart looking lobby area, rooms of decent size.

At 4am till around 6, the flower market starts in street below which is very loud and bustling. WiFi signal not working in rooms (only in common areas). Therefore TV in room also not working. Showers could do with some maintenance.

It was in a good location close to a great market with the freshest scents of fresh flowers, fruit and vegetables!Enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city.

Toilets were leaking, spreading liquids on the floor of the bathroom. Room smelled cigarette. Very noisy (we could listen everything from the main hall or from outside).

The TV wasn't working. The staffs tried to help us but couldn't succeed.

Easy access to hotel from main road, centrally located with with shopping center around. Spacious and clean rooms ?. Doesn't have restaurant but you can order through room service. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bathroom is large and clean, provided towels but no toiletries. Supermarket is just around the corner to buy any necessities. Very well priced rooms, went through Booking.com. ❤️

Everything was perfect.

Great location in the city center. Room was spacious.

I'm not sure where to begin with.At first, we asked for an early check in (500IR extra), entered the room (obviously not the one we book, but seemed ok though) and wanted to have a shower. We noticed that the sink leaked and after washing hands the whole water was at the bathroom floor, so we asked for another room. Till then we neither had towels, nor soap or other similar things (shampoo,... ). They told us it would need an hour to get the new room ready, so we asked for towels to have a shower in the meanwhile. They brought dirty towels (really dirty, like if used for cleaning dirty feet and haven't been washed afterwards). The other room was tiny and again not the one we book, so we asked for the room we booked and were told we would have to wait another hour. We asked for clean towels and had to return them 4(!) times because they always brought dirty ones. Eventually we gave up. Room was spacious but not clean at all. We still had no soap nor anything else, even if it says so in the description. It was definitely the worst hotel in India so far. If you like it clean, please do not come here! Or at least bring your own towels and bed sheets!Btw. Staff doesn't speak proper English and international credit cards are not accepted, so you have to pay cash if you're not Indian.And this hotel calls itself international...
