rooms are clean, and well maintain, location is good and near by

we have book 3 rooms, but in every room one or other electronics item are not working, secondly they having limited options in room service, so we have to call for swigi and zomato for foods.

parking is very narrow, and the area is congested...Room cleaning was not done on the 1st day.washroom spray is leaking and the towel hanging rode falls off again and again .. the kettles need to be cleaned often

The food and the clean room

The staff were not helpful. The staff would follow you into your room asking for money. They will knock on the door when closed when you answer they just ask for money.

NEVER GO TO THIS HOTELFirst, location is shady place. Very Narrow road to access the property. Tough to park and take U Turn for a car. Limited parking space so FCFS. Smelly parking. Receptionist was rude in behaviour, even after full payment in advance. Meals are too spicy, not recommended at all. Plz don't order any food here. Bedsheets had stains and were not clean, lot of dust on the curtains which caused us allergies right away. Towels were torn and had holes with stains. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. 2 days they didnt clean the room when we explicitly told them to change the bedsheets and clean the room. 1st day it was 2pm, room was not clean. They gave an excuse that there is pnly 1 person and they clean room only at 2pm. We politely asked them to get it done quickly. 2nd day, we returned at 4pm, still room was not cleaned, my kids were tired and wanted to take rest, but had to wait in lobby for an hour to get our room cleaned, only after I complained. Before leaving we were asked to open and luggage for checking because they claimed that 1 small pillow of couch is not available. After this I was furious and bombarded them. I opened and showed them the luggage and they didn't find any thing. Infact such small pillow was not there n the couch when we entered. So if you go in count all pillows towels and every other items they have in room and ask them to write it and get the acknowledgement. They can easily claim that it was there and you have taken it. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. NEVER TRY THIS HOTEL.

Hotel is located in prime location, but parking a vehicle is horrible. Moreover, the staff behavior is not good which is irresponsible. I stayed for 2 nights I already informed them to bring new towels due to wet but there are not response, I tried to call and also I personally went to front desk but no response. My recommendation is please try to place good staff who are very committed to wards service desk.

No tea/ coffee service in early morning.

No break fast they don't have restaurant get sub standard food from outside and staff work on commission and extort money

What is shown online is quite different on reality. Staff very cunning and not helpful. Hotel over charging for everything. Worst hotel. Please don't book. Better to sleep on road than in this hotel

The design and aesthetics was beautiful with latest smart technology

Food was worst. No-one attended the intercoms everytime you call. Reception staff had poor knowledge about hospitality.

The good thing about the Hotel is it is comfortable as you see in the picture the thing comfortable is I like about this hotel the Staff is okey and the hotel is average. And the swimming pool is much more better but it's timing concept is bad.

The worst thing about the hotel is it charges extra cases for extra bed and like all this and the bad thing is there is no hot water in the toilet and the hairdryer is also complaint in the toilet.

I was an enticing experience . I have stayed this hotel for two days apart from that they have good facilities and activities especially the swimming pool...

The pool was nice and clean.

At first a got a room that smelled smoked but then they could change the room for me, so in the end that was nice.

The look, ambiance is very nice once you enter the hotel. There is a place where you can order food from outside (there's no restaurant inhouse) and eat. There's a pool too.

The locality is dirty, the roads are dirty, there's no car parking, have to park on the road, no EV charging though mentioned on their profile, Pillows were rock solid, fan had no low setting, wash basin drain was clogged, Mosquitoes in the room. Will not be staying here the next time for the price you pay.

The hotel stay was overall comfortable. Some rooms are spacious and comfortable, but others felt a bit cramped. Suggest checking consistency in room sizes for a more uniform guest experience.

The check-in process needs improvement. It felt quite slow and outdated, causing a bit of inconvenience. I recommend streamlining the check-in to enhance the overall guest experience.
