We had a very pleasant stay at Jal Mahal Resort, Mysore. The hotel is beautifully maintained with spacious, comfortable rooms and a lovely view. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area and overall ambiance added to a relaxing experience.Overall, a great choice for families and couples visiting Mysore

Excellent Service right from Reception till departure, and cleanliness was truly comfortable. All the staffs were truly friendly. Total value for money. Location is top attraction, I’ll for sure be coming back next time I’m in town!

Staff is not supportive and not professional at all expecially Mr praveen

Staff is not professional especially Mr praveen he act like he is only the manager there and above him no manager or director and very rude , behave like unprofessional and local . And washroom is not at clean

Staff were courteous and rooms and swimming pool were clean. The breakfast was also good with many options.

Some more attention to details can help:- Some cables and metal parts sticking out in the pool which could turn out to be dangerous; also some tiles were broken.- No bins in the room to put used towels- The indoor sports area did not have TT balls and guests were all over the snooker table - some bit of monitoring/enforcing discipline (and even educating guests) should help.- Not enough umbrellas to walk to the indoor games area

Ambience, excellent breakfast. Vinod, a server made the breakfast experience more enjoyable.

The room we got was extremely small. No table was provided. We had to put our suitcases on the chairs. We were 2 senior citizens. The light above sink was not working. Only 1 small soap provided until we requested more.

Food is not that great. Pool cleanliness has to be maintained . People jump into the pool with out wearing property swimming gear . Breakfast was pathetic and we went out to eat most of the time .

The Check-in staff did not return the Adhaar card which was presented to them as ID proof. After several phone calls to courier the same to my address, they have not yet responded.

Rooms were big and clean. The service was polite, although very slow. The facilities were good.

The room is not the same room in the pictures when we booked..they charged me 1k more than what’s written on bookingThere is no variety in the breakfast buffet
