- Rooms were falsely advertised. They are apartments instead of hotel rooms. We had booked 3 suites which do not exist. Moreover the living room and kitchen are shared between two rooms which was never mentioned neither in the description nor shown in photos. We had booked 3 suites, but got 2 rooms together with a common living room and kitchen. The 3rd room was separate and the living room and kitchen for that room was shared with another family. When we pointed this out to the reception, they were not ready to accept their mistake and blamed everything on booking.com. The cleanliness was not up to the mark either. Toilet paper was missing, there was dust on the tv screens and marks all over the mirror.

Very well maintained property with family rooms (common area + 2 rooms). Very convenient for a family. The room, washroom & lounge areas are spotless. It is in a calmer location of the city.

The location is pretty good as ots near to two major attractions.
They need to give at least one water bottle per person, how do they expect people to survive in this heat. Also when you book a suite they will give you a room with extra bed. Not happy with that either I booked a suite all I got was a room with extra bed
Cleanliness as new property, staff was fine and supportive. Location depends on ur need as I was traveling with my car so didn't feel much but it's one city end towards Ooty road.
No credit card payment. Receptionist said it's new building and CC payment yet to setup. No restaurants even for morning tea !! You will have to eat outside and come. Parking was conjusted a bit. Pillows are very high and can be replaced with reasonable height.
