Location was very good and comfortable. A bike rental office is available in walkable distance and maddur restaurant also at walkable distance.

Bathroom size and room size was just okay for us. But the room and bathroom would have been uncomfortable for a big person.

About halfway between the train station and the palace (20 min each). Very clean hotel. They let us keep our bags during the day before our evening train

Exceptional staff. Literally everyone is totally deviotwd to their work and caring for guests. They went above and beyond. Very good location, room and bed very comfortable, very clean. I had a great night sleep. Wifi - perfect. The hotel also has a very good restaurant with fabulous food.

It is well located, walking distance from the train station, a nice market and the mysore palace. The bed was comfortable.

The room is wet always there's water in the floor always the water coming from the toilet the toiletries is not provided there's no soundproof & also the noise from streets. there's no balcony no window complete closed room the service is very poor

Bed room is clean and tidy.

Bed room is clean and tidy. Toilet and bathroom is not well cleaned. Some foul smell inside bathroom. Very conjusted too. Google map location is not proper while taking from booking.com. Its showing left side of theatre road which not leading up to property. We cant able to find out without asking someone at that junction which may be difficult at night time.

Most Mysore attractions are very accessible.

Reception staff can smile a little ? Felt very awkward communicating with them as their response was only single word and not a warm welcome.Also, I don’t know why they take pics of staying customer and send it to their WhatsApp group. This made us feel awkward, insecure and unpleasant stay. Walking area to rooms smells like a smoking place. Other staffs are very helpful.

Service, staffs, location, safety, we felt very nice for a decent 2 nights stay with Family. We were allowed to store elders Medicines in their fridge. Reception staff Mr Venu was very kind and helped to know about local route n sight seeing and needed details.

Nothing major. Just the glass Table in the Reception lobby had sharp corners. Should be covered with rubber caps. A bit of mindfulness was needed.

Everything good except bathroom water leakage to bedroom

Bathroom water entered into bedroom. No tea/, coffee maker. Kettle provided on request.

Staff response and support.

No ventilation to room. Water seepage marks on walls and ceiling. It doesn't look good for a family perspective.

The property is completely value for money. The staffs are amazing and very helpful. Clean rooms well maintained . They have their dedicated parking which solves your parking issue too

We havent been given complementry breakfast, we did of our own. hotel was good.

Only thing, we did not like, is Coffee in the morning. I can order only after 7.00am. other wise its ok

Good room for the price. Good location within the city, close to the palace. Very friendly staff.

The property is affordable and is walkable to the train station, bus station, and palace. The room is small but clean and the bed is comfortable. They allowed us to store our bags all day when we came off a night train and even let us use a bathroom to freshen up.

While many of the staff were really friendly, a couple of the men at the front counter were not the friendliest at times. When we asked what was the best things to do in the area he replied with check google. We just wanted a locals view of things that may not be online and we found that a bit offensive.

Stuff is super pleasant and hostile. Very nice communication. They even let us do the checkin in the middle of the night, and didn't charge for earlier checkin. Amazing service.
