Staff were helpful and friendly, good breakfast

Internet connectivity issues, close to road and so loud.

Located in the center of city. Very good place for staying. Staff is polite and approachable.Restaurant food was not that great. Bathroom fittings are very older and there was waterlogging sometimes

I can recommend this hotel. We paid a little extra to check out at 5 pm. Very central place in town. All in all, good hotel

There food it was costly and they served smelley curry after telling them that your is smelling then began to fight

Breakfast was not at all provided to me & my family for the entire stay. Though we had booked room well in advance

During day time,being gents, at the reception counter is not liked ,not only my opinion, it's the overall opinion of the tourists.

The Hotel Roopa is an extremely fortunate establishment to have an amazing staff - from front of house, back of house and of course the exclusive rooftop restaurant. Hotel Roopa staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The rooms are of an expected size and well appointed with western style ensuite. The location is excellent as it is situated close to all of Mysuru’s key tourist attractions including, Mysuru Palace and various markets to wander and peruse the interactions between buyers and sellers.The rooftop restaurant has a wonderful ambience coupled with - panoramic views and fresh tasty, culinary delights. With Praveen, Chinnoswoprey, Puttaiah, Anil, Renuk, Vanasaju and Deepk.

Central location close to bus stop. Friendly staff. Great restaurant and felt safe as a solo female traveler. It didn't feel like a 3 star hotel because most 3 stars are run down and this is far from that.

The hotel was great value for money, super clean and the staff gave the best service I’ve ever experienced in India. As a foreigner I was made to feel welcome and the staff always offer great local advice on where to visit, eat or helped with any of our needs.

Hotel is in very bad shape. The bathroom is dirty, the room is very small and hardly any space to move without bumping

We booked luxury room and paid almost 5000 per night for 1 room and room was hardly 100sq ft with 5 ft width bed on website written 15 percent off on food and liquor but they didn't have discount ...poor service ..very untidy hotel ...Not worth Room is like oyo property which should cost 1000 per night

I stayed in a deluxe room. The room is very neat and clean.The restaurant and Bar at the hotel serves very good food.

It is in the centre of the city

The service was not good,the food was not upto the mark,the bathroom was not tidy,the bathroom tiles were very slippery,the food is very expensive

The property is near the bus station- Within walking distance. Elevator is goodTea coffee packets and kettle in the room

I reached the hotel in the evening. By 10.30 night I went to shower opened the tap and waited 10 minutes, still the water is cold. When called reception, they said we will send staff to open a valve—I waited 5 minutes, no change. Again, I called reception. The person said "The staff is eating, Wait a few minutes". I am in the shower with cold water and shivering, the staff asking me to wait. I could not believe his response. Then I had to catch an early bus to Coimbatore so got up at 6 AM and opened the Shower, for 10 minutes still cold water. called reception. I HAD TO LEAVE THE PLACE WITHOUT HAVING SHOWER. I spent less than 11 hours and paid Rs. 2500+ selecting luxury level and THIS is my EXPERIENCE. DENIED VERY BASIC requirement of hot water in the bathroom. TWICE- Check-in time and again at Checkout time. VERY DSIAPPOINTING.
