Treebo RJ Residency

The room was as shown in the booking site. Staff were friendly. Hot water was available AC worked well. Cleanly maintained.

The approach road (Service lane) is dug up and hardly had space for the vehicle to manoeuvreOn arrival at the room, the Health faucet gun was continuously leaking and not addressed until check-out.The Tata Sky connection in the room was not active and was not activated upon request alsoThe bathroom was clean, however the bucket and mug provided had a sediment of salt due to the hardness of the waterThe linen was torn in a few placesBreakfast on the next day was not provided even after 845 am while it was promised to be served in the room between 830-1000 am. Breakfast mentioned in the room had more options as part of the package, but was offered to be served only Idli & vada which eventually did not get served.

Unprofessional, never had such experience

Your Support guy called me 7-8 times during my midnight to get wifi issue fixed that i reported, even after told him not to call as my family including a one year old baby was sleeping. Very stupid and unprofessional. Even more he was trying to accommodate me with a new room that has wifi connection in a middle of night when we were sleeping. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Disappointing

They have not considering the complimentary breakfast, we were expected morning 7:30am. But they told me 8:45am, till that I cannot west my time and without having breakfast we left the hotel with wife and kids .

Rooms were clean to Treebo standard like how we see in other Treebo hotels. Good car parking. Though location in ring road, hotels towards main Mysore are 20 mins away by car (was not a problem to us).

We expected 2 main course of breakfast, but was served only single main course (idly, Vada, dosa missed breads) but provided was sufficient and tasty

Location is good. Rooms are spacious with almost all amenities. Ambience is good. Rooms are ventilated.

But cleanliness of washroom was a concern. Proper quilt was not provided for 3rd guest. Staff is totally unprofessional. Service needs improvement. morning breakfast was also not satisfactory. It was below average.

The hotel people arranged a pick up for us when they found we are only ladies with a child

Service was good, responding to issues quickly.

Breakfast taste not that great, some items had limit and it was wrapped in newspaper too, felt unhygienic, did not have continental, ambience was not good and served in terrace floor where the working staff were staying.Charged for additional bed which we were supposed to get as per our booking, refused to give receipt for that payment too.Blankets had large stains on them.Number of parking spaces inside the building was not enough.

It was clean, comfortable and had parking space, staff was supportive of suggesting the places to visit, how to get where and were available immediately for any request.

Bathroom full hand wash leakage and no toilet kit.We booked for 3 members but we checked in only 2 but then also hotel people charged for 3 members

The location was close to main road

The area was surrounded by a bar, which made family stay a bit uncomfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful however felt it was under staffed slowing down services

Location of the property is very bad, local bar beside the hotel and all the drunkards roam near the area

The location is just off the Mysuru ring road and hence great for people travelling to Ooty or Kerala.

No dining options and breakfast has to be mentioned explicitly with quantity.

The rooms and washroom were clean and staff was very accommodating

Their breakfast options could expand a bit however the food was nice

Didn’t like anything about this property, too many wine bottles since there are wines right beside. Very empty and very stinky.

The location of the hotel was Good and easy to reach. And the rooms were clean.

The hotel was booked for two adults and 1 kid but the complementary Breakfast was provided for only two adults. We had to ask them thrice to give the kid BF that too was partial. The showerhead was broken. The comforter was not clean. We had to sleep without it.No tea or coffee will be available even if you are ready to pay. Only half a litre of water was provided. If u want water you need to pay for each litre you get. I believe the water is the primary need for the guest. The Manager behaved well but the staff needs to be trained a lot about how to respond to guests. Whatever you ask they simply say No even without understanding what you ask. Neither restaurants nearby nor hotel have one. You have to go out and search or order through swiggy or Zomato. Personally I feel the hotel has a large scope for improvement.
