Emerald Clarks Inn Suites, Near Mysore Palace, Mysuru

The hotel and rooms are clean aan tidy. It is rated too low on this platform, in my opinion. We had a good stay here. It is located outside the busy area. There is a good non veg restaurant next door with nice setting, but they don't serve breakfast.

The pillows are very hard, not comfortable at all. They should be replaced with better quality. Only non veg restaurant available. Limited choice with breakfast.

A nice little hotel that I have visited before and returned because it was what I was looking for - reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. No bar and a veg-only restaurant, but there's a great place right next door that the staff can tell you about

Spacious, modern looking room. Prompt service from staff. Good vegetarian food with some fusion items.

The bathroom was tight compared to room size. TV did not cater to non local visitors.

Cleanness, friendly staff, tasty food. Tea was grate.

Everything was perfect on my visit.

Avoid these type of places if you can.

I used the place for forty five minutes, because i had a small child and she needed rest. Family members who were to help keep the child calm from travel stress were not allowed in. Disgraceful.

The rooms were clean and the food was good.

The rooms could hv been a bit more spacious.It's just enough for 2 people and not spacious enough for a family of 3. (where it does not make sense for you to book 2 rooms)

The breakfast was vegetarian and it was great. The room was amply spacious, clean and comfy.

The food was really good.

Having to pay cash on arrival (we had to find an ATM). Building work ongoing in hotel so constant noise despite room change. Poor quality linen and grubby towels which have long seen better days. Couldn't walk about the bedroom in bare feet as they quickly became dirty.

The staff particularly floor manager Mr Nayan who was able to overcome any obstacle that arose.

As with other reviews - the wifi has challenges in achieving a reliable service

bed sheets were not clean and they even charged us even for the water bottles in the room.

Room was good… clean and hygienic

1. An unpleasant receptionist. The very first thing a good receptionist would do is greet the customers with a smile on their face. But here, nope. Neither during the check-in, nor during the check-out. Sharp replies, scolding a junior/trainee right in front of people, irksome gestures like throwing away some copies of the receipt recklessly to the corner of the table, and so on. 2. Got feedback calls from the reception on both days of our stay. That was disturbing, particularly when we had put on DND.3. In their restaurant Sattvik, food was good. But the waiters and other staff of the restaurant really need to organise themselves rather than move hither and thither. It was chaotic.

Nothing I liked here.Service is bad.Linen is not clean.Wifi is not provided For making coffee/tea the milk Powder/creamer is not we asked the hotel staff said it is out of stock.The room walls are leaking, bathroom is not clean.The staff when we raise the issue are not at all responsive.They are also not ready to connect MD or GM of the hotel.Overakk the Stay was very bad

As stated above

Location was good. Breakfast was OK (no eggs though). Rooms were spacious.

Bathrooms towels were not upto the mark. Pillow covers need replacement. Food quality should be improved.

Airport shuttle service was expensive normal cab will much lower than their service

Room cleanliness

Lunch/dinner was pathetic, Breakfast was decent. There was no one in the lobby for handling luggage despite pointing it out multiple times. Parking was not good. Such a steep slope is bad for the vehicles, especially smaller vehicles. Prices for food were on higher side for the quality they offer

Few amenities like toiletries were not there.

It was in the city near the palace.

The website does not note this is a vegetarian only hotel. Complimentary breakfast only offered Indian options. Not even eggs! The beds were hard, zero comfort. The blankets on the bed were tiny and if you rolled over you had no more blanket left. The water pressure is limited and the shower wasn't very good. As we went to check out the stopped us from leaving to check the room. (In case something was stolen or broken) Do NOT stay here!
