Treebo Premium Akshaya Mahal Inn - Near Mysore Palace

Location and breakfast was good.

There was some very weird smell coming from bathroom in hotel. When we saw the ceiling it had black spots and smell was coming from there. It was some kind of fungus. It became so hard for us to stay, it was unbearable. We complained to reception and they suggested showing another room, but unfortunately that was also that bad with very foul smell.

Rooms ambiences and specious, lights, bed, views, cleanness.

The washroom is not up to the mark, it is supposed to be neat and dry.

Proximity to Mall, Just along the busy road. Near to City Centre.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay with our family. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety that satisfied everyone’s taste. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for three people. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the main city, and makes it easy to reach nearby attractions and shopping areas. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would happily choose this hotel again for our next visit.

The only downside was the WiFi connection that could have been more stable at times

Even though the Booking.Com had confirmed my booking, property was sending me emails and messages every day from the date of booking that the booking is not confirmed until I pay the property. When I spoke to the property, they said the booking is not confirmed until I pay, even though the confirmation I received from Booking.com clearly says they the booking is confirmed and I may pay at the property on arrival.However I have as forced to pay to ensure the confirmation.I may never book again with Treebo.

Plumbing maintenance required in the bathroom/toilet.

The location was superb and the rooms were clean and hygenic

Size of the room was too small and parking space was little tight, also breakfast should’ve been better there was no option for north indian food.

the bedhseets were pathetic..had bad stains... on pillows and bedhseets...The dustbin was broken and was smelly...

Close to Mysore Palace and other nearby locations, the food was ok.

This hotel is not four star, it is a three star property. The rooms are in very bad condition. We had booked four rooms and in one room there was a cockroach and on complaining they changed that room. Then in one room ac was not working and again they had to shift us to another room. Then in this room the closet was not working properly plus ac was making too much noise.

Location - it was quite in the center of the city.Room was neat, but cot was bit shorter in width.

Some staff were very friendly, somewhere aloof and not very polite.

Breakfast was good.

In Parking someone/some car knocked right side of my car bumper, which resulted in scratch mark. Upon checking with facility they were not able to assist as mentioned there was no CCTV camera near my car to see detailing.

The AC was working. Bed was clean. Location was good.

There was no water for flushing. Had to wait for the motor to fill the tank. There were no toiletries provided. Had to call reception for it to be provided. The breakfast was terrible.

This is the 2nd time we have visited the hotel. The service remains the same. The cleanliness has gone down. All the towels were dirty, for the price we pay it was not worth it

Fantastic stay.. Rooms were specious and kept clean. Service and staff were 10 out of 10.

Was a very good experience.. The location is great.. very close to the main tourism spots.. The stay is very comfortable with very friendly staff and good food.. Would recommend it to friends and family..?

The coffee and tea in the restaurant could have been better. The breakfast was ok.
