Noisy KTV next door, operate until early morning

Cheap hotel that saved us when our other hotel cancelled at the last minute. The staff were super friendly despite some occasional language barriers. Air conditioning worked and the room was clean.

The window could not close fully letting mosquitos inside. Toilet paper and soap were not provided. We are still waiting to receive an invoice from our stay so that booking.com can pay for it (as our other booking was cancelled)

The cheap price and the nice lady at the reception.

The sound of the club on the otherside of the street. The window that didn´'t close and was badly isolated. Bad pillows, fridge not clean and bathroom could use some modernization.

met 2 cockroaches in the span of 10 minutes after checking inboth room door and bathroom door are broken

Varieties of eateries TV channel..can watch all the Netflix channel.

Sometimes need to ask the police rookie standby to avoid" Mat rempit"to passing by.

staf at the counter not friendly, no kettle in the room, the iron broken already, plug socket in the room is not safe to use. we already inform the staf at the counter.

Outdated hotel

The whole room is very outdated. The bed sheets had stains, pillow had yellow stains. Loud music all night.

Far from restaurants and shops but close to places we want to see

Staff was rude. Argued towel was clean when it had stains and a ragged tear. Cockroach in bathroom

Newly reno spacious n clean room with quality comfy beds. Water pressure n temperature are just nice. Good value for the price paid.

Not recommended for light sleeper，especially public Holiday / weekend.Note for management: exhaust fan for 219 need to be replaced.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Basic amenities are in place.

Renovation works were going on with smell of paint. Room door was stiff, difficult to close and open. Not enough lighting in the room

The cleanliness of the room, cockroaches everywhere, couldn’t sleep because of them and the sheets were stained. Room smelt like smoke. The lady on reception was also very rude.

Staff sangat friendly

Noisy! People walk outside can hear inside room. Cannot sleep well. The price not value with service.

Room was simple and clean. Enough for one night. It was close to the Bus station to Sandakan (30 min walk or 7min with grab) Lady at the reception was very very friendly!! :)

You could smoke in the hotel, so sometimes you could smell it in the room.

The staff were really nice.

GROSS can only describe this hotel. We booked for 2 night but only stayed for 1. The room stunk of cigarettes, was dirty, sheets were gross and stained and covered in someone's hair. Gross gross gross!Pics attaches, stay somewhere else.

Have to drive out of the hotel vicinity to get better food but is nearby.

The door doesn't close very well. Have to pull the door hard to close.

Comfy bed, air conditioning, good value.

Room is clean, location is strategic.

Room is clean but the smoking smell is overwhelming. Need open windows all time to get rid of the smell. Just need to improve on the air pollution.

Not a very strategic location

The cleanliness needs serious improvement. The receptionist was very rude. He does not seems to welcome any quest to check into their hotel.

The bed was semicomfy! Good parking.

The WiFi didn't work in our room and asked to switch, was not allowed. Then in the night we had at least 3-4 cockroaches in the room which was unpleasant..
