Very easy to park transport, near to ijm town

We request iron but the staff send the not clean one which it causing my cloth have burn mark from old residue. Besides, the hair dryer also a lot noise which using not comfortable to used because it can disturb next room. The shower also not evenly come out with balance hot and cold water, sometime hot sometime cold... Huhu

1. Bathroom got mold2. Toilet seat cover loses3. Toilet bowl not clean properly got dirt stain4. Rain shower head leaking and rusty5. All towel got many dirty stain6. Bathroom Ventilation fan not working7. Bed linen wet8. Air-conditioning noisy9. So many dust in the room10. Iron got burn stain on the plate and the board got stain11. During night the base sounds from pub near by really disturbing my sleep till 4am

The hotel met our expectation despite an old "vintage" look from the outside. the facilities, furniture & fitting inside the room was good. The beds and pillows were soft and snuggly. The TV channels were watchable and the WiFI was very good.

There was an odour upon entering the room. The pillows were smelly and I asked to change. Even the toilet had an odour.

The first room they give me the aircon is leaking then they change me another room the toilet is flushing

water heater runs cold at night and shower head abit old so the water flow isnt as good

Toilet's equipment has rusty, toilet seat was spoil, tv no function, aircon not cold enough, most of thing obsolete

I always stay at tyng every time we'll go to Sandakan. I like the spaces of the room. So big and comfortable because I have a baby and my baby needs a large room to explore.

Some facilities almost need to change like the sink pipe and the steel at the back door, something like to hold the door,the small one. And please mop and sweep the floor clean because I really don't comfortable, but overall we'll really like stay at tyng.

Strategic location. Easy to sandakan town,airport,federal office and shop.

Toilet problem. Shower didnt function very well. The hose didnt have hook (tempat penyangkut.ampai ampai dilantai). Katil bergoyang.

Size of the room

The counter service. Not even a word of greeting.

Room is very spacious and the most thing I like is the desk table.

It was very bad and dirty toilet, I don’t expect the toilet is shining but at-least it is clean and ready to use? One more things I hope they are open for flexible to checkin early like 1pm because sometimes we arrive early and no place to stay at.

This hotel is disgusting, it is filthy! We ended up leaving as we did not want to sleep on stained sheets and shower within extreme mould.
