Hotel Kensington

The room is clean. Hotel location is very strategic and lot of shops and restaurants.

Water problem. 1st floor cannot stay because of water problem. I got 3rd floor and no lift provided. Please upgrade and improve this for customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Parking space.

No coffee or tea. Soap not refill.

I just like the parking lot.

the front hotel full of dogs.. & the dogs bark and want to bite people. the tap handle in toilet too narrow. the water heater cannot use, just use cold water. I book for smoking room. but they give us non-smoking room. so far is not good. The first and the last i book there.

* No breakfast provided * Located next to a very large open storm water drain (I.e. open sewer) * Situated behind shops next to a mosque, so the call for prays were for all to hear

The windowless room was smaller than my ensuite bathroom at home Had to walk sideways to get between the end of the bed & room end wall * Double bed was hard up against one wall, which meant the person closest to the wall had to crawl across the other person to get out of bed & to go to the toilet on the middle of the night, while trying not to wake the other person No fridge Staff could be hard dragging cleaning equipment across the tiled corridor floors early in the morning Tiles outside on the entrance were broken &/or falling off

I like the cleanliness.The staff is very friendly.What I like the most is the privacy. After 9pm no one can enter the hotel anymore unless you're their guest.

The soap & body shower is too limited.After 12am the aircond cannot be adjusted anymore. It looks like it's been programming like that.

The space - spacious. The cleanliness - very clean The staff - very helpful. The location - it just across Hospital, very near to go for my business visit. And the price - valuable and affordable.

My 1st booking have been rejected due to unable pickup call from OYO.Before i already made confirmation by email..at least,OYO try to call customer 2 or 3 times...furthermore this is my 1st time i used OYO..hopefully,OYo can give good customer service.

Location isn't great for tourists. There's not much to do within walking distance.

The bed is comfort and the place is quite and peaceful.....

The lighting is not enough and if there is a hair blower that will be fantastic.....
