- Everything else is terrible. We had to change rooms because the door didn't close. So, two rooms are the same: musty smell, dirty especially the bathroom, dusty, cobwebs, no shower head, just a stream, not all lamps worked in the room. Only helpful staff (men) increased my rating.
- Asked for a non smoking room and they put us into a disgusting smoking room. And then they moved us to a small room and first look I thought they were joking. The room was dirty the sheets were dirty. So we left and went across the road to a nice hotel for similar price
- I cannot have any extra amenities from the hotel like towel or clothes hanger. No make up room services provided for my 2 night stay. The room got bad smell when you enter, the tv doesn't have sound and have poor signal, got very old dirt on the curtain and window. I am sorry for complaining but i hope you may consider to improve your hotel quality of services :)
