Food. Repeated food choices, not enough eggs; same sugar beans for breakfast. Disappointing for Malaysian food possibilities. Dinner menu needs improvement.

Beautiful grounds. Close to conservation centers

The resort is very pretty, immersed in nature and very close to The Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. The room is very basic, with hot water and fan. Drinking water, instant coffee and tea provided. Swimming pool on property.

Mattress was very old and uncomfortable, I could actually feel the springs, breakfast could be more varied, Wi-Fi did not work at all, additional charge for credit card payments, the room price was quite expensive.

Location is great so close to Orangutan reserve and sunbear reserve. The room was large and comfortable, fortunately close to the reception. The biggest surprise was the great food: all dishes we tried were tasty an freshly made.The pool was also excellent, large. The staff was also excellent.

The fact that it was in the jungle. We even saw a wild orangutan at the resort along with other wild animals such as; kingfishers, monkeys, birds, fish, and a variety of reptiles

It was a great stay to do the rain forest discovery center night walk. However, we left a bag of clothes behind in the room and when we tried to arrange a pick up, they said it wasn't there! I know where it was. The breakfast was very basic too.

This is place where people come to assemble for the trip to Kinabatangan River. The hostel is in a walkable distance to the Orang Utan sanctuary center and Malay Sun Bear Sanctuary. But it could be a bit difficult to go to the city center or airport.

The dorm is not equipped with AC, but it was okay cuz it is cool in night.

The location is great - walking distance from the Sepilok Orang-Utan sanctuary and not much further to the Rainforest Discovery Centre. Always a bonus to have a swimming pool - although it is a fair old walk from the main cafe area where our room was. The staff were super helpful - we left our car there while we went off on a trip to the Kinabatangan River - on the morning we set off we discovered that we had a slow puncture - the staff got someone to fix it while we were away and it was as good as new.

If I stayed there again I'd go for air con rather than a fan room!

Great location to see the animals. Right next to the jungle where we saw an orangutan.

Some of it was rather jaded. Some TLC needed e.g the pool area and the rooms.

The pool was wonderful after a hot day seeing the animals. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for walking to the sunbears and the orangutans.

When staying at this resort you really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. The garden is really well done and one can see wildlife rights from the breakfast/dinner terrace. I enjoyed staying there very much!

Place is a little dated

Friendly staff, fabulous location to visit the orangutans and the sun bears.

It was a bit tired and needed a bit of updating in the rooms. The walls were paper thin and I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere so noisy at all hours through the night from other guests, not jungle noises. I feel signs or reminders to others to be considerate was definitely needed!

Beautiful location, close to the sanctuaries

The main restaurant in the hotel the food is just meh, unfortunately not a lot of option for other restaurants but the physical hotel was very nice

Lovely setting in the rainforest with natural ponds and.lots of vegetation to attract birds and wildlife. Nice cafe. Only 5 mins walk from Orangutan centre and 25 mins to the Rainforest Discovery Centre.

Asked for a quiet room but got one next to banging doors and on the main route to the swimming pool. Broken shower screen and wear and tear in the rooms.

Good restaurant with a great vibe. Really nice place to relax in the morning watching the birds.

Check in was really far from our room. We stayed near the pool and it's okay for people checking in with backpacks but not great for roller bags.

Amazing hotel just 5 min walk from Orangutan cenctury and sun beats conservation center. With own pond, pool and nice restaurant

The resort is in a jungle!

The food choice was not good. No restaurant around the resort.

Location excellent. Great vibe at the resort and we saw an orangutan in Resort eating coconuts in a palm tree.

The beds were rock hard, we hardly slept.
