Great location, staff try to be helpful.

Electrical outlets are out if date for international customers. Reg chargers and adapters won?t work. need a converter to charge. Questionable cleaning of cups and plates did not see use of dish soap.

The location was great and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool.

Hotel is a little dated, one elevator wasn't working, very poor lighting in bathroom, and bathrooms were very small

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made a good effort to accommodate any requests we had. The gym was fairly well-equipped, which was convenient, and the location was good — near supermarkets, malls, and the bus terminal. The room was very spacious.

The couch (a pull-out bed) was uncomfortable. There are pickleball courts outside the building which creates a lot of noise until late at night. We had some issues with the room cleaning — trash was not taken out on one day, and towels were not replaced on one day.

This is an absolute central area. Just across the street is TOP building. Everywhere else can be reach within 10 min walks.George Town itself needs to be walking around for full experience. Parking is absolutely fantastic as well.

Great hotel. Staff was amazing and friendly, the facilities and building is great. Rooms are large as well. Almost felt like a solid apartment if you book the suite.

We chose this place to have more room - the table and couch area separate from the bedroom plus a kitchenette , and that was perfect. Excellent firm bed, big selection of pillows for your needs. This is a very central location to base out of. Easy walk to central area and there are lots of good restaurants within 1-3 blocks. 1st Avenue mall has a great grocery store at the bottom level and also some decent food options. The staff was tremendous (we even got a Thank you note and cake at the end of our stay) and our room was attended to daily (thanks Pavel). They also had on site laundry that we utilized. Oh, and the pool and gym were both great.

The staff was polite and very helpful. Room was very clean.

The entrance of car parking was tricky for a Van (large car).

Comfort. Room & Hall is separated. Have a sofa bed.

In town center and the staff were super helpful and pleasant.

Being in city centre, traffic jam, and the room seem smaller than would have liked although the hall and kitchen was large enough.

The stuff and room service personnel were so friendly and helpful for me and my family, that's what I liked more, many thanks to them all

The windows were locked, so there wasn’t much chance for fresh air to get inside.

Location, staff and facilities were great

My only complaint was the elevators are very slow. For such a large, building they need to add more elevators.

The staff were friendly, the location was central, the shuttle service in the morning to the markets is a bonus, my room with the kitchenette is a good size, liked the maps that were freely available, washing machine and dryer were handy

Air conditioning was not strong in our room.. could be improved.

Quiet spacious room and location in the middle of the town nearby major shopping complex and Komtar. The automated parking system is so advance just like in Japan parking system. The security supervisor Mr. Vignesvaran was very helpful to assist and helpful to guide us on the parking system.

The parking system although was advance, but was narrow and have to turn few times to get the vehicle right in to the lift. Can foreseen jammed up and queue for parking during peak season.

The apartment was nice and also the kitchen was fine for our needs. It’s central and we could do everything and visiting walking to the sites.

We found the pool for many times closed…

According to the Malaysian domestic local of Penang Island, the tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or a valid permanent resident's pr card are exempted.But the hotel charged my guests who are all Malaysian citizen with ID, and the hotel never checked those my guests and ID, straight to charge RM10 per room per nights total RM90. the hotel still insisted that booking .com reservation was booked by my name as foreigner under all 3 rooms x 3days. This is considered that against the local law, why has the hotel right to charge the guests who are Malaysian citizens? They should do proper explanation to me!

The swimming pool was a great focal point. Limited to sun exposure though. Razzle dazzle suite was good but not luxurious as I thought, one bedroom literally looked out on to the carport lift. Curtains had to be kept closed for duration of 6 nights stay.Good location.I think maybe better propertys that are cheaper.

One day one bedroom towels were forgotten. Small supply of two normal t bags.Roof top bar only took card.Booked mentioning 50 birthday, nothing noted, not even a happy birthday.
