We have been ambush at 4 AM. I cant sleep after that and the hotel ask to check out sharp on 12 PM . They did not even take responsible for the inconvenience. At least give us 1 hour late for free check out but they did not.

The hotel is strategically located, nearby to Ananda Bhavan

The hotel didn't provide any parking lot for customer. The bathroom was way too small and there is no place to hang clothes. The room was look a bit dusty and the bed wasn't comfortable at all.

Location is good

Pls expand more facilities in bedroom. The bed was not comfy, and hard. and pls add more pillow

Booked couple of nights thinking it was Georgetown which of course was Buttersworth. Friendly Staff very helpful good nights sleep comfortable, left after first night to go to Georgetown no reflection on hotel more our plans !

I don't like your room too many corner, the floor not even, we kick and knock ourselve.The room look dark, and old...some item wobbly

Shower head not suitable located..located behind toilet bowl hardly ro shower

Front desk staff are accommodating.Good thing we only needed it for night sleep.

Bed - stains on bed sheets and blanket. Bed frame is noisy (needed repair).Toilet - super dirty, obvious dirt noticeable, soap container is dented and looks rubbish (don't even dare to touch it), stains on the wall, spider web in the corner, the sink is dirty too. It doesn't look like washed properly/regularly. Dressing table - drawers are dusty, and the sliding mirror is stuck and dusty too. Towels -first-day towels are shabby and even torn on the sides. Room 302 definitely needs a serious cleaning and suggested for the in charge have a regular checks of the rooms to maintain the hotel standard. Housekeeping stuff (spare mattress, etc) was kept by the stairs the whole time we were checked in.

Nothing was worth to like. Made Bad choice to choose this place.

Is it really hotel? Totally dissatisfied. Not family friendly. I've a lot to say. Parking was not arranged. Good luck securing a proper parking. Forced to pay deposit for a hotel with zero facilities. Refundable but such a hassle. Shampoo and shower cream was in a handwash dispenser. In limited amount. Room service is terrible, the staff can tell you he's busy now, he can come later only! Make up off room was bad quality, hygiene questionable. Room too small for price paid. So stuffy and poorly ventilated. Staff unfriendly. Doesnt help at all when you inquire. Foreigners staff mostly, doesn't speak English or Malay. My room was upgraded to a much smaller room when I complained the bed was faulty.Thin walls. Not worth thinking if safety is a concern.Noisy in the middle of morning cos other guests arrived. Any problems, manage yourself. If asked, staff say they don't do it. So deal with it. I can go on..Just not worth the money spent to stay at such low traffic area.

There is a pay parking behind the hotel which is very convenient. And beside the hotel is ah koon lor mee. Non muslim can has their breakfast within walking distance. Bed is clean.

Noice isolation is not good. I can heard people moving the stuff beside my room and water flowing sound when they are using water. And shampoo and body wash is not provided, pls bring your own shampoo.

Disappointing

Restroom too small and room walls dirty with alot of scratches. One of the Door lock broken, just tried to manage my stay.

crowded room not suitable for those people who is high. noisy room surrounding, can hear veryyyy clear the next room noise ?, toilet too compact, not suitable for those who is big coz veryyyyy compact have to squeeze in.im 53kg 165cm have to squeeze in while bathing..need to bring toiletries.

No breakfast but it is good location. Easy to find restaurant near the hotel
