The check-in was fast and the receptionist was pleasant.
The breakfast venue was a bit small and on full capacity, there could be overcrowding.
Location. Restaurant staff were very nice.
Very old, food was very Mediocre. Needs renovation.
Variety of choices for breakfast; didn't manage to try all.We requested for additional drinking water which was delivered promptly to our room. Thank you very much.
Nasi lemak was nice with spicy sambal but unfortunately the anchovies and peanuts were somewhat stale and hard to chew.Had puri with dhal. Dhal was very nice but puri was very hard. Took a lot of effort to cut it into smaller pieces.
There are many shops and restaurants nearby .. all within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and they allowed us to check in early because the room was ready.
They could add more choice of food selection for breakfast but regardless, the food was good.
Comfortable, relax and clean
The food quality in the cafe has dropped compared to my last trip there. Please look into this.
Convenient for me to travel around . Room were perfect. Parking good.
Overall breakfast was bad. Selection bad, eggs were fried and left to cold. soup noodle tasteless. I do hope changes can be made soonest before loosing all up.
parking troublesome, much better to issue ticket and validate.. not credit card or debit card
no swimming pool , assumed 4 star hotel having swimming pool
It’s always my go to place at seberang jaya whenever i’m in town since 10 years ago until now. Some improvement, the breakfast choice and menu should be upgraded. I paid RM43 for breakfast just to receive sambal sotong without sotong at 8.30am. Food need to be checked frequently.
Room is nice, quite spacious. Got everything that I need; iron, mini fridge, complimentary drinking water, hot showers, towels, and etc. I didn't take the hotel breakfast, so can't comment on that. Free parking is available on site.
So far everything is good.
cozy room, bed and toilet. strategic location centre of butterworth. fully recommended for those to stay for short and long period. worth it for money. will repeat again
negative
Room is spacious, clean and staff were very nice.
Room’s light is too dim, aircond not so cool, matress not so comfort maybe already too old.
Location is very strategic. Easily accessible. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
All
Romm windows can't open. All the time have to stay in air conditioning. Which is not good at all . They have sealed the window doors .
Nice place. Affordable for all. My second time stay here. Will comeback ???
Cleanlines and facilities. Area close with pasar tani. Just walk less than 5 minutes in the morning I will get traditional breakfast like kueyteow goreng, nasi lemak, roti canai, kuih muih and many more.
They upgraded my room as the booked one already full. Really good action rather than refunding the payment amount.
Wifi could be better, just the wifi, everything else was so good
