Good location.

Limited parking space, there’s cleaning staff that keeps pointing out about parking where we are not allowed to park but couldn’t provide where to park, and looking rudely to us makes very uncomfortable and making instructions as if he’s the manager or receptionist!

i find that reception staffs don't smile or feel welcoming.one of the reason i booked this hotel due to EV charging availability. There are 3 EV charging stations, 2 lots are not working. 1 lot was occupied by non-EV car.When I told the staff about the situation, the staff replied that its by 3rd party and not owned by them. but i managed to charge eventually

Very good, clean, shampoo nice, still new too. The important is aircool is cool, water heater very hot, water big too. very relax.

Everything was fine from checking in to the security guard. Only issue I had was with the bed as it had dust mites. Bed was surprisingly comfortable though.

Its spacious and convenient for a big family. Love the bathroom, comfy beds and pillows. The linens are clean.

The room should have a centralised air cond for all beds. It becomes too cold for the central bed to accommodate the right temperature for the whole room. While we do hv accessed to youtube and local tv channels, we should have access to Netflix and Disney hotstar as we are paying high rate per room. Compared to other places 2-3 stars accommodation in Kelantan and homestay in UK I have booked earlier, all accommodations are equipped with these movie channels. We will feel at home.

The room was great. Place was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, especially Syakir.

Big room. The room and toilet are very clean. The bed is Soo comfortable. High quality TV Netflix and You Tube. Provided hair - dryer and mini bar. Value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Fridge didn't work. Our food spoiled the next morning even we kept it in the fridge overnight.

The bed is comfortable, water heater is hot enough, room is clean. Eateries are just outside the hotel. Was visiting a relative staying in the hospital in walking distance, so it's convenient for my trip in terms of location.

The sound proof is not good enough. Can hear sounds from next door room, and door closing sounds from adjacent rooms.

Location was good. Easy access for eateries and highway.

Cleanliness is the big concerned. The bedsheet and bathmat has the brown colour stain, which results to us not to use any of the hotel towel.

Value for money and great for family. A little bit outskirt of town but easy access to near by restaurant, stall ect. My room for 6 pax yet still great for a big family. Layout looks weird from the picture but trust me, it is convenient. The staff helpful and very easy to deal with.

I enjoyed the essential oil shampoo, calming and smelt good. Overall the room was comfy.

TV remote had problems, couldn't watch anything on the TV. Netflix was provided but had to pay.
