Convenient location in Mainland, near to Sunway Carnival Mall for quick shopping and there are also restaurants nearby for quick bite.

Sound proofing can be a bit better.

Affordable and suitable to those travel for work and for short stay. Near to shopping mall and eatery outlets with various options.

The place not very busy .Especially at night .Recommend to comeback to hotel after 10-11pm. Easy access. Unique elevator i guess.

The cleanliness is crucial .Can see the floor quiet dusty. Cobweb around the bed area & at the edge of the wall .Soundproofing is poor .Can here other people walking outside & we also can here they chat from inside the room.

The entire hotel was cozy and nice. The shower was good with nice hot water, there was coffee and tea for the guest with the hot water machine placed just outside the room. The room was wide and comfortable. There was a hair dryer, bathroom was spacious, there was a place to keep toiletries, the room was secured with double security system. And all was working just fine. Will definitely return soon.

Staffs are very friendly and respectful. Thank you for accepting one additional guest with no extra pay as we are staying due to family emergency. My family and I appreciate this very much. Location is great, very easy to get food around.

The single bed is too small and can only fit 1 person - understandable.No additional mattress can be provided. Would have been nice if this can be catered with reasonable charges.

Easy access to the surrounding place close to a mall and shops..

Parking is limited in the afternoon, the hotel room toilet has no lock no privacy... that's a minus but everything else is okay..

No hand/face towel provided. Bathroom no shower screen, water splash everywhere.Shampoo/body wash is one common type.

Services are good and acceptable.Location is the Best..near to all amenetiesTv channels also better than other afforldable hotels..keep it up

Located near the F&B and convenient store. Mamak beside the hotel is a really recommended place to try.

Parking quite crowded and be careful with bird "atomic bomb" on your car. So need to get really strategic parking to avoid your car getting ugly.The air-conditioning in the room not really that cold. But still comfortable to get sleep

first of all, when the time we check in was about 8pm, from the lift all the way to the room, we was surprise the property look unclean until we step in our room, gosh, the bedsheet spot stain and dirt, bathroom yellowish and stain, aircon did not function well and noise from the outside. Our first thought was , ok, we leave our stuff first and heading to our dinner see we will change our mind to stay. Unfortunately ,we check out immediately and book another hotel after our dinner without taking photo,( We can't even want to stay long )We inform the staff but seem like the staff get used to this complain and did not further action, we request for refund. He told us that we need to contact booking.com and we do. However, booking.com did not further follow up as what they promise to . We never been through this kinda situation all these year and we are a big fan of booking.com. Disappointed and no action take by booking.com for these impropriate operator.

This hotel is located in a converted shop lot, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby for added convenience.

The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt around the edge of the seat. Additionally, there was a water supply disruption during my stay....., which further diminished the overall experience.The single bed is smaller compared to those in other hotels. For large size person, this might be uncomfortable.

Location is good, next to Sunway carnival， easy to get food. The square of the room is okay.

The one room has 3 doors, 2 are locked to separate your room with 2 neighbors, even they just talk in normal volume, you can hear clearly. If they take shower at late night, you cannot sleep at all.... But when I secondly live here, I got a corner room, and it is much more quiet, I love it. The reason to choose this is mainly because of the location is near to my friends, and no better empty room in nearby hotels.

Strategic location

Water disruption in the area caused us to have water supply on 5th October. We were drenched due to heavy rain but unable to take shower after that. The water disruption lasted until we check out on 6th October. Although it's not the hotel's fault, it was not a pleasant stay at all for us due to this. We paid peak price for the rooms.

my first room was disaster because the air conditioner was not working..then they change my room but with no window..but the air conditioner was working well..

Only location

It can’t even call a hotel. It’s just like a lodge and priced so high. Rooms are very small bed sizes are small. No cupboards towels are very old.
