Absolutely nothing. The sheets and towels seemed clean.

Everything. It absolutely reeked of ammonia. No window, very noisy aircon. It was hardly wide enough to fit the bed. It was jammed against the wall with a tiny space to shuffle sideways on one side. No headboard just a bed. The room was so small it felt like a jail cell. Nowhere to put your suitcases, no light except the overhead light. Truly horrible experience, if it wasn't so late at night I'd have left.

The room was tiny and windowless, but decent enough for a night. The ferry to Penang is a 10 minute walk away (although finding the entrance is a bit confusing)

A window would have been nice. The room was clean, but the smell of cleaning products was a bit too prominent in such a small room

We took breakfast elsewhere. No problem as the hotel staff show me the direction.

If there is any matter that prompt to mention is the room is too cramp.

THe room was very clean and confortable. Near to town, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there

Location wise is okay, interior not bad and got lift.

The bathroom smell a bit, soundproofing can be improve as we can hear people from outside

Room was clean, spacious enough for one person. Facilities were ok. Company was flexible enough to alter my booking without additional charge even though it was less than 24hrs.

Need to upgrade the facilities, such as water heater, cloth hanger, & so on.

The location of this hotel is situated near the Ferry/train station. It is vey convenience and about 800 Meter away from it. Paid only RM5.00 for Grab to the ferry/train station.

This hotel does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste besides shampoo and hand wash. The room is a bit small and compact.

The location of this hotel is one of the nearest to Penang Sentral. Even the train departure schedule is at 6:30am, we are able to reach the train station by Grab within 5 minutes. We are able to walk to train station or Penang Sentral even without transportation.

Basic accomodation near to the train station and ferry terminal. Fine for one night.

The hotel will ask if you want to use their daily hospitality service like housekeeping, towel changes, etc. That is so thoughtful

You can hear what your neighbour is doing, or even if they are turning on the switches.

No breakfast. Fasting in progress. Location wise is peaceful and quiet .Walking distance to Penang sentral, 7-11, banks, 99 speedmart, 2eco shop and jogging path, fresh and greenery environment. Like the location.
