Breakfast wasn't fantastic but since it is complimentary, okay

Took executive suit, the sitter Ng area has no TV or Air-conditioning

Everything was okay I should have done two days? ?...their breakfast was lovely ?,the room service too was really nice,the place was quiet,no unnecessary noise anywhere I loved the ambience really and I will definitely go back there.

Uhn maybe the air conditioning though...needs to be changed I think in room 203,cause it was a bit hot? and the noise was too much.

I unfortunately didnt stay for the breakfast, but the food I ordered (chicken and chips) the previous night was delicious

We waited for almost an hour for a room to be ready even after making a reservation online and stating when we’ll be arriving

Staff attitude to work was amazing and exceptional. Uninterrupted power supply and good wifi connection.

Change the armchair in Room 205 and improve on pest control.

Humble staff and very understanding manager, she resolved issues calmly and with much understanding. I appreciate her attitude, also Upgraded room without extra cost

No much parking space

Breakfast perfect.

The only problem I had was that for two days we could not sleep- the AC made noise so much.

The room was clean

So the room u was given was outside of the hotel, like you have to come out of the main building to like the backyard so at night if I wanted something cause the telephone in my room was disconnected I would have to work out from the back then go into the front of the building to enter the hotel room. They said they ran out of space inside the main building

The food is good and the reception is welcoming.

The phone in my room didn't work for the two nights I spent. Nothing was done to fix it despite complaints. I had to either use my mobile phone or walk to the receptionist for whatever I needed.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. They were willing to help and assist when required.

The armchair in Room 205 was not comfortable.

I like how soft the pillows was and the food was at reasonable price and good

The ac unit wasn't updated but it was ok and chilled the room

The breakfast was a suprise was not expecting to get it, thank you was very nice omelet not chilli just the way I like it, with hot chocolateRoom so big and the first hotel that actually had hot water..well done, I definitely recommend it

A remote for the Aircon, had to stand up from bed everytime we wanted to switch it on/off but did not bother me cause my partner did that?

the Staff were so welcoming and the facility was so clean too

the AC in my room was not really chilling and the breakfast was just not as i anticipated.

i like the room size as it is big enough, i equally like aircondition as they are working perfectly.

The TV set, The positioning of the AC should not be central to the bed

This is an average budget hotel but neat with professional staff. The services were satisfactory.

The television had just one station working. But this wasn't a huge one for me.

I like nothing in Galpin Suites .Just the female receptionist was lovely

The room they gave us was really bad, the walls were pilling off, after taking shower water comes in from the bathroom to the living room, I needed dry the floor always, I dry the floor myself because when ever I call them, it takes them almost 1 hours to come, because of the water on the floor my son slipped and fall, some part of the walls were really looking very bad, I wish I could share some pictures.

I booked for this and I asked questions no one responded to me. Not even a call to confirm my order or my arrival etc.Poor customer service

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me settle into Lagos.

I'd prefer not to be woken up at 8am with a breakfast tray but to take breakfast when I want it.
