I wasn’t able to stay as they gave my room out

They did not retain my reservationThey gave my room that was booked to someone else

It was clean, contemporary and pleasant. The bathroom was nice. There were scent Difussers around the room. The fragrance was pleasant.

It doesn't have a lift for those needing accessibility. The room I booked wasn't available even though I had confirmation. They said I was supposed to pay before coming but no one called or sent me any payment procedure. Anyway I arrived very late at night and they eventually upgraded me to a nicer available room after I made it clear that I wasn't leaving.

It was close to the airport. It was neat. Serene environment except for intermittent external noises from staff. Good food in the restaurant.

The internet didn't cover the whole room so I had to sit in specific places (room 102). The complimentary breakfast is only one meal decided by the hotel. 1st day was spaghetti, 2nd day was tuna sandwich. A zero consideration for vegetarians and others. Portion sizes are decided by the hotel. You take it or leave it so it was as good as no breakfast. The room was good for non office activities as there was no table and chair to use my laptop. The table and chair was more like relaxation and tea. It's in a neighborhood a bit distant from the main highway but not a hassle for me.

Every single detail was an experience in the art of excellence, I had such a good time that I'll stay again for at least one night when I get back to Lagos... Just because I like it that much... So many food options, magnificent staff... Clean room, lovely furnishings and to top it off, centrally located

Not a single thing I would change... Keep up the good work guys... Excellent at every benchmark.

I liked everything but I think the hotel should also have things like Men/lady care products for emergency purposes

1. The electricity wasn't stable.2. The shower was clogged and archaic.3. The bed was uncomfortable.4. It was not a hotel but rather a lodge.5. The breakfast was a scam/Lowest budget.(Tomatoes paste so-called egg sauce)6. The private lock in the room was damaged.(Unsecured).

Clean rooms, great food and a peaceful environment

Staff were a little excessive with their guarding. They also locked us out by 12am so if you have late activities to get back in might be an issue

I was called when I was few minutes away from the hotel that my reservation won’t be available . Had to look for somewhere else around

I absolutely didn’t like the meal, it was horrible and very expensive. It was the most salty food I’ve ever tasted in my life and even with my hunger I struggled and couldn’t finish the meal.

I really liked the staff. I slept out one night and William, the guard there, was worried because I didn't let him know. That was sweet. Adeola, the receptionist, was also kind enough to pause a planned generator maintenance session for my Zoom meeting. I enjoyed the breakfast of soft-boiled yams and egg sauce. I liked the ambience of the hallway too. And to be honest, it was one of the cheapest hotels I found close to the airport.

So, this is not exactly a hotel. It's a lodge, at best, with 5 small rooms. And it felt wrong that no sign outside states that Blackwood is a Bar AND a lodge. The sign only states it's a bar. Transparency is important, I think. The room was fairly spacious, although I think for such a small facility, the curtains, for example, could be better maintained. The television could do with many more channels and the Wifi router probably needs to be moved closer to the rooms. And some incense, or other welcoming fragrance in the room would have boosted my experience.

The mattress in Room 105...too soft..The body ache was too much.I didn't sleep well at all.

It's a clean place no doubt as I have stayed there before. Great proximity to the airport etc.

I made a reservation on booking. Com only for the hotel to cancel and not reserve a room keeping me stranded. Not cool. Reservation should be honoured and if room not available it shouldn't appear on the website.

The staff had good communication skills and approach was good.The environment was clean and the room was also clean.The food packaging was ok aswell.

Very clean, and trendy hotel. Quite accessible and very comfortable.

Its next to the airport. They looked after my bag when I checked out.The room was large and nice.

I had to call them to change in my check-in time, the hostess changed my room which cost me more money. She then told me that she couldn't guarantee my room unless I paid over the phone. This is not acceptable, especially considering that I called them. I had to keep in constant communication with the receptionist to assure her that I was coming as I had no way of paying on the phone.Breakfast was noodles which I wouldn't have chosen for breakfast.
