T+ PREMIUM HOTEL

Very clean and comfy, no weird smells, basic needs fulfilled for overnight stay, hot water shower, nice view from the room.

there's stains on coffee cups in the room, i used my own bottle instead.

This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable hotel i have ever been. The room smell so good, super clean toilet, fresh bedsheets. My kids and I slept very well. Please stay here you wont regret! Keep up the great work. We will come again for sure.

Hot water not function.Toilet’s door not suppose to be shared with bath room’s door.Bathroom too small.The room is not suitable for family, its rather a couple room.

The staff at night not friendly also staff in the morning. They are not friendly at all

Big car park space. Clean and comfortable.

The staff look bored and not keen to serve. There’s no place to hang towel in the bathroom. You got to open the door and take it from outside. Not convenient when you have another guest in the room. I hope the can install hook in the bathroom.

The Lobby is so chill. You can rest while reading the books.Got a coway dispenser to drink. Got lift. Ample parking space.The hotel area has a place to eat and a basic coffee shop.The air-conditioning worked very wellThe water pressure is good.

The layout of the toilet is weird, the toilet is quite small for those who have a big size.Has no variety of tv channelsNot soundproof, can hear from the outside sound of the tv and the voice of people inside the room.

The property is located beside a food court which is convenient. Ample of parking space. Good water pressure.

Toilet a bit cramp. No smart TV, only local channels and lots of Thai channels. WiFi average speed.

1)Toilet is extremely small. Hardly able to sit on wc, legs hitting sliding door.2)Only one sliding door serving both shower room and toilet .Meaning only one person can use at any one time .3) no hangers available despite request made at counter ( no intercom as well). You just have to throw your clothes/ on the floor).4)towers are stained and dark in colour .5) one horse power air-conditioner served a Three bedded room. Takes 30 min to cool the room.

Clean and spacious, easily assess to Malay food at the ground floor

Location, parking, minimalist hotel(too minimalist tho).Room is clean, like the flooring, comfortable to my barefeet, feel like a light cushion, possible vinyl type flooring.Comfortable bed.The famous roti canai celaru is right acros the street.

1. Bathroom, odd kinda minimalist. Sliding door sharing the side by side separate toilet & shower. You can do your business in the toilet, with the shower next to it wide open. The toilet space is too small, your knees can touch the sliding door!! - and super heavy sliding door. Not practical.2. Sink located right in front of the door(room's door)- no proper wall to separate the bathroom & the room(only one wall on one side). If someone opens the door, she/he can simply see you at the sink - again, too minimalist. Wierd sink tap too, which not convenient.3. No cupboard at all, only with open shelf, no hook/place to hang towels in the open-type bathroom4. No basic items, like iron, ironing board - I feel it shud be a must items in a room.5. Not a welcoming staff at the counter.6. Pillows too bouncy, hurt my neck,had to use rolled bath towel half of the night.Originally planned to extend our stay for another night, but due to the bathroom & pillow, one night is plenty.Given a chance, I will avoid this hotel.

Decent location and easy parking.

Unfriendly front desk male staff (doesn’t greet or even smile at guests), poor housekeeping (not done, had to remind them again at 3pm), found a random strand of hair on bed, no proper place to hang clothes and towels, toilet takes a while to flush. This place tries to achieve that modern and minimalistic look & feel, but their interior design lacks practicality.

Good location and staff

They have the worst bathroom setup ever. The door is half I.e u can either take shower or use the door when u do ur business, what kind of a messed up concept is that with no privacy at all. Honestly whoever designed this was either trying to to save money or be to smart. The hotel was nice but I will never ever ever stay here again and please you should also not, till they fix this.

Got public parking and it is not crowded. You can always find parking spot. Room is spacious. Water pressure is good.

Toilet and shower. Please put towel holder/handbar. Do you expect us to use door handle to hang our clothes while shower?

convenient location

it’s a 5 year property but room paints already chipping. the first room they gave me smell of cigarette and they needed me to go back to reception to change another room. the 2nd room is just next door with no smell but the toilet flush tank keeps dispensing water after flush and the maintenance guy didn’t show up and reception didn’t pick up the call at all. I was too tired to keep travelling so I ended up fixing it myself! ridiculous. no one followed up on this matter as well.
