the room is big enough complete with all you need, so comfort, clean and valued with your money. the breakfast also nice, so many choices.

Room is big , spacious and clean . Very comfortable beds. Toilet and Bathroom are also clean and spacious.

Cleaning service

My reservation was cancelled by the property.I paid online, but as I was checking out, I had to pay the full amount once more with an additional charging. The receptionists are unaware of their job. Their level of English is bad. Once I wanted to clarify why I had to pay once more, their response is "I don't know!". But the fact is that my reservation was cancelled by the property! The receptionists said to me that the refund will be back! We will see when the refund is back! I was disappointed with the check-out, and we had to skip our bus tickets to our next destination because of the irresponsibility of the hotel staff! Additionally, they charged me a full amount once with an additional fee, and we had to buy two new tickets for the bus once more!

Bad

The room had a bad odor and was dusty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with mold visible on the walls. Outside food is not allowed to be brought in

Toilet bathtub rusty and dirty.

Frankly speaking I'm surprised with the room. It's very spacious with a bathtub ?. The bed ?️ is very comfortable and the air-condition is very cool that we've to adjust the temperature. The room with a nice view and the breakfast is okay ?. A walking distance to the Aman Central Mall Alor Setar.

A bit because there's no gym in the hotel. Normally my we wife and I use the gym for exercise.

1- The location is strategic, with multiple restaurants nearby.2- There is plenty of spacious parking available.

1- Cleanliness should be improved, particularly in the toilet area.2- The towel should be thoroughly cleaned, as it is quite dirty.

I was staying here for 1 night and i give 5 stars for all aspect. The price is super reasonable even if i include the breakfast. The room also spacious and the light switch all touch screen. They also got dnd mode and makeup room light whenever you turn it on, people at the outside know that you're not available or dont want to be disturb. It also got mini fridge, iron facilities, praying mat, and kiblat sign. All good

Room are dusty and have musky smell, when told to front desk, they immediately clean the room, nevertheless room are dusty, bathroom cleanliness poor

Hotel was bad and ruined the whole mood of our family vacation

Frontdesk staff was suck, not friendly and not helping at all. We dont felt like we are welcoming during arrive. Facility in our room was poor. Remote control for TV not function.Water in bathroom not clean (yellow colour) and bath tub not funtion well. Definitely will blacklist this hotel and not recommended to other people.

Spacious room, comfortable bed & pillows.Buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice & taste good.Staff was polite.

Room 8201 had a concrete pillar in the centre of the room which obstructed the layout of the bed. Fridge was not cold. Iron cord was wornout/ damaged.Bathroom was not very clean, lots of dust/ hair/ grime behind the bathtub, shower & sink. Outside food/ delivery food was not allowed to be consumed in the hotel.

Affordable room

Definately not a soundproof room. Can hear loud noises from other room. Unable to sleep from 5 am till 7.30am because of continuous alarm annoyingly loud and left unsnooze from other room.

Location close to mall

Run down very old hotel. Absolutely no outside food and drinks

Hotel location, room size was good. Breakfast selection could have been better, but it was OK.
