Room was basic & clean but very spacious. You can't ask for more on the pool but as long as my kids enjoy it very much.
the location. room space.
the smell of the room. smells like something wet and nasty. the smells still there even i opened the window. i stayed for two nights. noisy during night. i heard people chatting with a loud voice. cant sleep. if youre looking for a quite place this hotel is not for you. well it is located in a sports centre. what to expect then.
Pool is pack of people from out side
Bath room is poorAircond is not cool
The price of this hotel: comparable with other budget hotel, but you cannot get swimming pool & spacious room. Indeed, the room was very basic but if it's just for a short stay, no big deal.
The room was clean, light and spacious. The location was quiet. The pool looked nice (though we didn't use it).
The bed wasn't very comfortable, the blanket was very light and the AC was blowing cold air directly at the bed (which we fixed by putting a shower rug over it).
WIFI is good & stable,Male Swimming pool staff & male receptionist were helpful to settle the cleaning problems.
I get a room which is totally not match with the picture shown in booking.com ads,I feel like being cheated!I requested for a room with balcony,An email was reply to me mentioning:“We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request”,But after somehow, another email was received mentioned:“Hi dear guest, our hotel room do not have balcony but all rooms with windows”What is happening? are you try lying to customer?I have been there before, and I have enjoyed the room with balcony as shown as the booking.com ads before. In fact, the room with balcony was blocked & cannot use by Hotel ASRC Manager Mr Lim's personnel decision, He instructed must booking 2 connecting room,Means customer need to booking 2 rooms then can enjoy the room with balcony. But the ads picture in booking.com clearly shows the room is with balcony and just cannot use by a personal manager's decision,If cannot book that room please mention clearly in booking.com,Or change the picture & offer in booking.com, not to cheating!Cleaning & environmental is unacceptable, I found a sharp head lady shoe's footprint on mattress bedsheets just beside the pillow position and a dirty sign pillowcase,After complaining, a Male Swimming pool staff & a male receptionist come to help changing bed sheet, pillowcase & hand clap to kill mosquito as well.Yes, the room come with many mosquitos, and a lock of long hair in the room too.Why this 2-gentlemans come to do the bedsheet changing?Because the cleaning staff was off duty after 4.00pm,No cleaning staff working after 4.00pm at all!!TV only 1 cartoon channel can watch smoothly,The water pressure is moderately low & not stable. With booking.
