Strategic location and near to Alor Setar (Southern Toll). Also near to Alor Setar Mall.

Location

Never make up room, they only change towel upon request. They don't have basic amenities only provide 2 bottle of mineral water. No mini bar, no hair dryer, no toiletries. Provide iron & iron board outside room (sharing basis). Linen also never change. RM108 per nite per room?? If no facilities & no amenities at least clean up room la!!

Only location & not much choice actually.

I've stayed in room 701 & 714 for 5days 4nites stay. I understand the hotel is fully booked, being so reasonable & understanding, I actually asked them to make up my rooms only 1 time which is a day before I checked out. Surprisingly when I came back to the hotel from a long tiring day, the housekeeping staff only change the towel & make up the bed! They don't even clean the toilet & the bedroom floor is filthy! No point of the management expanding their business by adding more rooms but they don't have proper staff training & should improve on their service & standards. The room rate of RM108/nite is without mini bar fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc in the room whereby some of Rm50 motel do provide those basic amenities! CC : Motac Kedah

The shower is using solor to genenrate power, so when there is raining day, the shower has no hot water. The air-cond remote control was not working too

The location was good. Close to Alor Setar centre and Kuala Kedah ferry terminal. The room is good and reasonable with price we pay. Keep a good work. Kudos.

The family room is spacious and caters to our needs of 2 adults and 3 children age 14, 10 and 6 y o. The beds are king beds and good. The location is good, there's Alor Setar mall nearby. All other necessities shops and laundry too.

There's no kettle and 3 in 1 drinks. No toiletries too.

Affordable and sufficient facilities in the room. I love the space-saving hanger on the wall.

Toilet looks clean. The only improvement is below the sink can be cleaned properly, too.

Staff not friendly, parking also not safe and friendly. Have to pay for Saturday (the staff said) but finally when check further it's not charge on Saturday. Staff is not competent, have to improve staff knowledge

Hot water dispenser was placed on the 1st floor only. Guest staying on higher floors had to walk down to get hot / cold water for their drinks. Dispensers should be placed on all floors.

Un expected, bilik kemas cantik. Look like 5 star hotel the facilities in room. But the toilet need to improve a bit clean. Recomended untuk yang family travel. The hotel need add more family room. Confirm i will choose this hotel for next time when i travel to Aloq staq!!!.

All is good. No liar... trust me.

1. Linen Issue: During the first night, the linen in our room caused some discomfort and itching. However, after room service for the second night, this issue was resolved, and we encountered no further problems.

Everything is good, room is clean all is ok

Room service is inattentive and somehow the shower heater suddenly is not working.

Good location, near to toll exit. Easy to find (closer to main road).The room very clean, I'm empress. The bed also comfortable.Reception counter open until midnight.

Just one things please make sure no sand on bed .

Overall, the room is clean and updated. The toilet is also new and clean which is very important. Will reccomend if you want a cheap stay but still a very good room to rest.

The tv is not working, only sound came out but no visual (tbf, we also didnt check with receptionist to help with tv), the area where to park is spacious, but as we came during rainy season, it looks like the area is easily flooded which is kind of concerning. But other than that, all is good
