I guess you get what you pay for. Located near a decent mall with a food court.

Funky A/C, room was facing South, very hot. The A/C had been turned off to save on electric. Could have been run before I arrived at a slightly lower temp. Not really bad for a low budget hotel.

Location is near the Aman and food streets ? Both Ms Sara and Mr Ariff have demonstrated their efficiency and courteous service by offering early check-in to the hotel room ? ? I wish to compliment them for their professionalism! ? ? ?

The location and its environment near the shopping mall and food streets.

A few customer / counter staff with no pleasant and smiling face. They didn't wish the guests! Their attitude needs re-orientation.

Good location and comfy bed, water pressure is good.

Wifi, hot water for shower and Aircon all working perfectly

Budget hotel with good comfy beds and clean.

Some amenities need to be on available basis upon request like hair dryer which is inconvenient.

No fridge, no spoon & folk, Tooth brush & tooth paste, Telephone out of order (complain no action) TV was blur, Wifi not good, floor dirty, sinki bowl toilet water always come out and got so many dog afraid to buy food and walk around that place.

Good location and reasonable price with basic facilities.

It would be better if receptionist able to be more friendly with smile. ?

Near to the city and have several food courts for malay and chinese dining, also near to the Aman Mall which had varieties of food options

Friendly staff, good location, room was quite large, price was fair. I would choose the hotel again.

The AC is not working effectively. Ot was just blowing wind on the third day. Had to sleep through without cool air.

The front desk staff Ms Shahida was very accommodating since I had arrived early to check in . Great location, near to shopping mall and eateries.

Shower pressure and temperature was ok, water drains fairly quickly. Aircond was cold enough. Sufficient lighting. Parking basement provided was convenient and safe, although limited.

Upon entering room can detect moldy smell in room. TV can't function at all. Thought I saw the room listed hair dryer available but couldn't find it. Called reception and requested for one but was told they don't have any hair dryer available anymore - quite disappointing. Maybe could put subject to stock availability?

The location is in the heart of the Alor Setar city. Walking distance to Aman Central Mall. There are many shops & restaurants around the hotel area. Staff are helpful & friendly. The room is clean.

Complained twice about the wifi but till the end of our 5-day stay, the internet connection failed most of the time.

The location is central, within walking distance to Amen Mall, the square, and China town. It is convenient with many restaurants, cafes, and shops for everything I need. Parking I didn't use, but there are temporary parking places in the foyer. The room is clean, and the staff was eager to clean my room every day, and gave me many coffee powder and shower gels.

There were three days a children's group surrounded my room! They don't sleep until 2am at midnight, making a lot of noise by speaking loudly, slamming their room doors, and knocking on my or my 7,8 neighbor's door very early in the morning for 5-10minutes (then turns out it was a young lady did it, and she didn't feel this is an underappreciate behaviour at all) ! I complained to the hotel in person and sent an email, but nothing replied. Hotel staff is really indifference to my problem, and told me that the children will leave in 1,2 days! I could hardly sleep with the noise in early morning and in late night, so i slept max. 4 hours a day in that 3 days! I even felt asleep while watching a movie because i was so tired! My sleep and my mental health was severely damaged in that three days. I was not informed before this tragic children's group arrived, was not offered any option to change my room, and no compensation for the inconvenience I suffered. I stayed in the hotel for 20+ days.

Close to Aman mall, lots of shops and restaurants around the area. No frills but clean. Beds are comfy.

Not a lot of power points. Just two for our room.
