Spacious room. Bring your own toiletries. For Muslims, bring your own prayer mat. Outskirts location. If you drive, no problem. Food outlet and convenience store is nearby. Ample parking space available.

Cons -

No elevator,. Late night voices in hallway were loud./
Super thin wall. Only one thin pillow for each person. Tv channel is quite blurry (not strong signal). Wifi signal comes and go.
Having to walk up the stairs. No elevator is available.

nearby has a lot of excellent restaurants, so i had various choices for meals during my stay

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location which nearby by Alor Setar Mall and many kopitiam and warung nearby the hotel

The staff. I dah tambah booked sehari lagi dan dah bayar, but the staff still call me remind me about check out n payment while i was in a meeting.. please being updated..

The receptionist was very helpfull.

1of the towel not very clean. Toilet with black mark at the bottom (maybe algae). Tv images in screen shaky and not clear. Other things all are good....?
