In terms of location, room, security and facilities, everything was great! But for families, it might be a bit tricky since there don't seem to be any large rooms that can fit 4–5 people. Unless you're okay with booking separate rooms next to each other and if they're available, that could work.As for security — very secure! You need a key card to access the lift, and it only allows you to go to the floor your room is on. You can’t access other floors without a key card, which I think is great for safety.Now for the facilities — LOVE IT SO MUCH! So many food options and shops around! Chagee, sushi ya, FamilyMart, a clinic, laundry, even Yasmeen is nearby!! Guardian, Ilao Ilao, Mr. DIY, etc.. I was so excited!Staff were friendly too. It was our first time staying here, and we were trying to go to level 4 but couldn’t figure out why the lift wouldn’t move even though we pressed the button. Then one of the Urban Inn staff came in and told us that we needed to tap our room key card to access the floor.. We laughed ???Receptionist was nice and gave very clear instructions. FREE PARKING, FREE WIFI!! RECOMMENDED!! notes: please standby your cash ?

There was no floor mat in front of the bathroom and the wifi couldn’t be connected to the tv to watch netflix, youtube, etc. (unless connect it to your own hotspot) But it’s okay, they have live tv too, so it’s acceptable ? Worth the stay!!

POOR WIFI, NO TV RECEPTION.

Worst place to stay in Kedah, Urban Inn. (Bad internet, bad Toilet)1. Internet using code, nerd key in every few hours or everytime you off your computer. 2. No internet for 18 hours when I was there. 3. Celcom barely had line inside room.4. No water or bottle provided. They expect you to walk far away to fill up in a dispenser (they don't give you any bottle)5. Toilet door old and faulty, got stuck cannot open , in midnight.6. Event room on 1st floor only had charging plugs at areas far away from the tables and chair. Worst event place for business ever. 7. No internet at event room at Urban Space when we were there on the 1st day. Even after internet was fixed, we had to request to get a code for internet which need to be re-keyed in every time we shift the computer.The only ok point was got few restaurants just downstairs.

Free wifi is capped to 100 minutes with expiring passwords; when a room has problem and they have sold out all rooms of thatvtype, they charged us for an upgrade.

Locationwise strategic, near to eateries.

Bathroom does not maintaine properly. shower tap spoilt. noise from next door probably due to repair works.

the hotel was so secure. outsiders cannot enter the lif. must scan by hotel card to enter the hotel lif. easy parking. got basement parking and free entry. below hotel got so many shop. 7 eleven open 24 hours. bathroom so clean and big.

feel unsecure with window curtain. because they just use blind not curtain. so got free space on the corner of the window.. some pillow was so hard.. and some was ok. no side desk.

Decent retail outlets available. Free & ample parking. But limited restaurants were open for breakfast.

Didn’t like that the rooms have no windows and the access card was only 1 per room. If you need to go down to get food or something from the car, everyone needs to go down with you. Very inconvenient. The shower has no separation for the water. Hence, it wets the floor of the bathroom. Can be slippery to the subsequent user.

Best price in town. Ada CMart, Family Mart, Richees, Nasi kandar , 7eleven, downstairs

Probably the thin wall. You get nervous everytime someone opening their door. Kinda loud

the location is surrounded by so many eateries and restaurants and mart.

the public toilet near the lift has very bad odor. management may need to restrict only those stay at the hotel can go to the toilet or just get cleaner to frequently clean the toilet since its for public.i would prefer connected room but i guess its limited due to many people are staying at the festive season

The hotel is overall very clean, and the service is attentive. However, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as there were occasional noise disturbances at night. I hope this can be addressed.

The floor card system needs improvement

The room worth the money as I made booking for overnight stay. Toilet quite big. Not to mention the facilities at Ground floor ( Yasmeen nasi kandar, zus, llao llao, family mart). Easy to find food.Also easy to get parking (public).

Maybe they can improvise the lighting in the room

It was definitely a great location with amenities, which include restaurants, grocer, convenience stores and ATM machine. There were plenty of parking too! To further add on, there is even a clinic and a DIY laundry service.

The room is quite underwhelming. I do understand that you pay quite a low price, but the aircon was spitting out dust throughout the night, the walls are patchy, which I would assume was caused by touch up paints. The bathroom was average, but the bidet did not even have a head. I can't complain much on noise levels, since its pretty much out of my control, but I can hear people and kids screaming at wee hours in the morning. In addition, please setup a cashless deposit system, I had no choice but to pay my deposit in cash, which thankfully I could since there is an ATM machine, BUT that cost me an extra RM1 for MEPS withdrawal, so that was unnecessary. I would pay a little bit more if you could put a fridge in the room, I doubt that would affect your ultimate bottom line, to be honest. The bigger question is would I return? Quite unlikely. The amenities were great, but the lift has an awful stench, and the room had zero quality standards.
