- Not much other than the location 6. Hotel room was not maintained 7. Continuously waiting for over 1 hour iron 8. Stuck in hotel lift for 1 hour and missed a meeting 9. Despite being offered 2 nights refund, the refund was £-- short of what I paid

- Swimming pool with no life guard on Saturday (staff claimed he was off); adult swimming pool depth limited to betweeen 1.30m and 1.36m
- 1. I had to wait over 1 and half hours for check in 2. My room had no TV in the bedroom 3. My shower was blocked 4. Took over 24 hours to be moved room 5. Mirror fell off the wall and shattered class on me
