Elevator wasn?t working one night.

Very centrally located so it’s easy to get around. Food in the restaurant was really good.

I think for what it is, it’s more expensive than it should be. But this seems to be the case across Ghana - hotels are over priced compared to global standards, so it’s not just this property.

You cannot connect to netflix using the wifi. You have to pay to purchase internet to be able to connect to the wifi. So if you are alone and thinking of netflix and chill after work - forget about it. No hot water in the shower in the morning. Just lukewarm. Bathroom door got locked by itself around midnight one time. The kind staff gave me a key to another room to use the bathroom. But it was still quite inconvenient and even at 10 AM the next day, no one from maintenance had come to unlock it.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Food is excellent. Staff are helpful. Good AC and hot water.

Pool area needs a bit of work to make it inviting. However the pool was very clean and well maintained.

I found the breakfast a bit limited but that’s just a personal preference. Didn’t find enough fruits, especially for Ghana. Overall this is a little insignificant because they have good food and friendly staff. The restaurant is also lovely. Great cappuccino!

Really nice local hotel at high standard, excellent beds and atmosphere for decent sleep, and really nice breakfast and dinner. Professional pragmatic staff and very good service. The gym is great.

Some machines in the gym needs fix, but as far as dumbells are available, it's fine.

1st and 2nd floor have been renovated. Third and fourth are clean but old style. Staff super friendly and very helpful. WiFi was excellent

Stuff was super friendly Except one particular receptionist, who didn't smile for once, that was weird and a bit uncomfortable. Orderd food with room service, taste was ok

Payed for a room with balcony free W-lan and working TV. (3 nights)But received none of those. Went down for breakfast, there was just fruits and toast, both not covered, so open for flies to sit on, even though they asked for our breakfast wishes we skipped it, cause it didn't look appetising. Got a call the next morning, that breakfast ist ready, gave it another chance and it was cute.

The receptionist Ike was amazing. He helped us with everything.

The hotel was under renovation so the restaurant wasnt open.
